The house is modernly decorated with beautiful surroundings and an orchard. It is located 10 minutes walk from Kali and can be accessed by car. Nearby, there is a lovely promenade and a bike path through the woods. This is the perfect place for a peaceful getaway!

Apartments Tereza are located outside the center of Kukljice in Gnjejišće Bay, in a quiet place surrounded by pine trees. From the spacious terrace, you can see the beach and the sea. Once you get to the house and park your car, everything can be done on foot. Grocery shopping at the market , and the beach is just a few steps away. The house has a large fireplace and a table in the shade of a fig tree. For those who like biking, they can choose trails through the pine forest or the seaside trails. The seaside promenade is 80 meters away.

Our holiday home is located in Ždrelac, on the island of Pašman. You can come to us from Zadar Gaženica ferry port with ferry (25min), from Zadar old town with boat (20min) and from Biograd on the sea with ferry (20min). On our property, there are two houses (Jardin and Romarin) that share parking, garden with pool, jacuzzi and sauna during summer. Out of the season (1.10-1.6) you'll be alone and you'll have the whole place for yourself. From our plot you can reach the beach directly.
