Ideal for larger groups and especially families with children, furnished house with open kitchen and 3 bathrooms. It is quietly located below Neuschwanstein. The swimming lake and Tegelberg are easily accessible on foot. You can enjoy the sun in the garden and on the terrace. There are toys, a sandbox, a ping-pong table and soccer goals as well as a basketball hoop.

Wonderful location, surrounded by nature, far from the chaos of the city, we really relaxed, reminiscent of typical Italian mountain houses, in the most of the niche. Spectacular!!!!

The place was perfect! Very clean, very modern, well equipped and a good location. Anna is a super hostess. She is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We would immediately choose this beautiful apartment again.

We stayed there with 7 adults for 4 days and felt very comfortable. The house has a special and inviting, enveloping atmosphere. It is not simply furnished for tourists, it has the spirit of the owner and the surroundings with many loving and meaningful details. We found everything we needed to cook. You can linger and have conversations at the kitchen table. It's just nice and highly recommended. The 2 toilets are also helpful if you live with a larger group. Thank you very much, dear Sasa!

It was all excellent! Super nice area, extremely quiet and great hiking trails directly from the house. We met the landlord briefly, super nice people. Otherwise, you have complete peace, self check-in/check-out also great. Highly recommended.

We spent a week in the beautiful house in the middle of a fantastic garden. In total, we were four adults and four children between 0 and 3 years old. The layout with two rooms upstairs and a shared bathroom was perfect for us with two families. The kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired with a coffee machine, toaster, hand mixer and salad spinner and the children were delighted with building blocks, Duplo and various games. The garden is huge and beautiful and was used extensively by us. Our hosts not only provided us with helpful tips for activities in the area, but also spoiled us with fresh rolls and homemade cakes. We were even actively supported in filling the paddling pool! Georg and Giesela are probably unbeatable in terms of cordiality. We'll be back for sure and say thank you for a wonderful vacation with you!

We had a great time with five friends. We were able to have a great time staying at the place and surroundings. We were completely to ourselves and could easily reach beautiful excursion destinations. The stay was absolutely uncomplicated. Katja and family were extremely friendly. Highly recommended if you like a simple rustic but spacious and original cottage. We would come back anytime!

We had a great time in Antje's apartment! It is very well equipped and we felt very comfortable. The private lake terrace is a highlight, especially when the place is full on vacation days. The location is really great and you have a variety of restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The small village shop is also right around the corner. We will be happy to come back! 🙂

Stay and place was great with a character. Only downside is due to no direct access to wellness facilities and no changing rooms, it makes great sauna and wirpool experience at some point not practical due to outdoor location and no comunal access from Genesis apartment. Thank you Host.

We have as a complete family (8 adults, 4 children) vacationed together. The house is spacious, has a great location, is very well equipped and relaxing to live in even on rainy days.

The stay at Katharina's was fine. Very neat. Great instructions. Very nice was the fenced garden so that our dog could go outside freely.

We made lifelong memories as a family in this house. The host was outstandingly responsive and polite. The house is modern, clean, cozy, spacious, and amazing for a family reunion. The kitchen had all tools necessary for a comfortable home cooking experience. If we needed something - they had it! Super home for a family with a kid or kids. The location is peaceful and secluded, but you can walk to a promenade or a nearby restaurant easily if you want to socialize. About an hour on a taxi from the Munich airport which was reasonable for us. We would go there every year! We loved it so much!

Absolutely recommended – Great apartment with warm landlords! We felt very comfortable! Upon arrival, we were greeted very nicely and straightforwardly. Communication was super friendly during our stay – just pleasant all around! The apartment itself is in a great location and ideal for exploring the surrounding area. This is one of the best AirBnB locations we’ve ever stayed in…we had an awesome corner room with huge views of Zugspitze Mountain and the whole valley. It was breathtaking! And the apartment itself was bright and cheerful, well appointed and very comfortable. The bed was the most comfortable we’ve had on our current trip. Fresh bread was available every morning. We had everything we needed to stay in and rest (which we badly needed to do). The location is great; close to mountains and castles, a quaint little town with everything at hand. Finally, you couldn’t ask for nicer hosts. Highly recommend!!

A great home base if you prefer a quieter neighborhood. Marcel was a responsive and accommodating host. We walked everywhere - to the train station, Partnachklamm Gorge, Zugspitzbahnhof, and local restaurants and groceries. The last few blocks are a bit steep, but worth it. The suite has everything you need, including an outdoor patio area that we didn’t get around to using but it looked nice. There’s a wonderful hike that begins steps from the suite, ending in a great vista just past Tannenhutte (across the bridge) and loops back a few streets over - strongly recommend!

A very big and kind thank you to the hosts. We had a fantastic time and enjoyed the days so much. Anja and André are incredibly friendly, accommodating and warm. We were 3 friendly couples and felt comfortable from the first moment. It is a magnificent place to stay, which is surpassed by the friendly hosts. Arrive and feel at home. Chris and Veronika were super accommodating and very friendly. Location was great, view from the property was amazing, and the cleanliness/quality of the apartment was stunning. One of the nicest places we’ve stayed via Airbnb and will absolutely look to stay here again the next time we’re in this region.

Our stay at Alexander's was perfect - peaceful and beautiful after time in the city and many hours of driving. We all wished we had more time there, sitting, looking out at the mountains, and listening to the stream. Heavenly!

Lukas and Sonja's apartment exceeded our expectations. It was the cleanest Airbnb we've been to so far and we felt very comfortable. Everything was taken care of and the kitchen was also very well equipped. Even our dog got a treat and extra towel. If you had forgotten to buy something in terms of food, there was a small corner in the entrance area with food and utensils for a small price. We had a wonderful time and would be happy to come back.
