Our wonderful Swedish house, lovingly called Birka, is ideal for families, with parents and grandparents, but also ideal for friendly couples. 2 separately usable living areas on the first floor/attic with 1 bathroom each are ideal for this. It is quietly located in a vacation home settlement, surrounded by birches, with reduced traffic. The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun.

You can find here an absolute tranquility.The house is located 50m from Wolin National Park (a great forest) and 1,2km through this forest to the beach. Unser Fachwerkhaus befindet sich direkt am Zecheriner Hafen. Wir, Martina und Enrico bewohnen das Erdgeschoß. Unter dem Reetdach, mit herrlichem Blick auf den Peenestrom, haben wir 2 gemütliche Ferienwohnungen für unsere Gäste eingerichtet. Vor der Tür erwartet euch ein kleiner hübscher Garten. Nur wenige Schritte weiter, Enrico‘s Hafen. Ursprünglich von Fischern genutzt zieht er heute Angler und Naturliebhaber an. **Von Juni bis Oktober An- und Abreise nur am Sonntag möglich**

Traumhaftes Reetdachhaus mit direktem Blick auf das Achterwasser, sehr liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Es ist ein ca. 115 m² großes Ferienhaus mit großer Sonnenterrasse für bis zu sechs Erwachsenen + 1 Kind. Zu jeder Jahreszeit bietet es alles, was man zum Erholen und zur Entspannung braucht. Verfügbar sind zwei Doppelschlafzimmer und ein großes Familienschlafzimmer. Das Bad im Erdgeschoss verfügt über eine geräumige Sauna. Der Kaminofen sorgt für romantische Gemütlichkeit.

Next to an old rectory, we have individually expanded a small side room for us, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of past times. Much seems to us to be coherent, some is still in the making. So nothing is standard. What we have not yet considered and is useful for guests can usually be quickly supplemented. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden on the edge of the field, so it is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

At a distance of 100 m, you have a beautiful view from the cliffs of the Peenestrom. The swimming area is ideal especially for children, as the water only gradually becomes deeper.
