Our wonderful Swedish house, lovingly called Birka, is ideal for families, with parents and grandparents, but also ideal for friendly couples. 2 separately usable living areas on the first floor/attic with 1 bathroom each are ideal for this. It is quietly located in a vacation home settlement, surrounded by birches, with reduced traffic. The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun.

Die Inselliebe ist durch ihre Größe und Ausstattung für große Familien, Freundesgruppen oder Menschen, die sich einfach den Luxus von viel Raum gönnen möchten, bestens geeignet. Das Haus mit 5 Schlafzimmer und 3 Bäder ist für 8 Erwachsene ausgestattet. Den wunderschönen Zempiner Ostseestrand erreicht man nach ca. 700 m teilweise entlang der Promenade durch den Küstenwald. Die Ausstattung ist insgesamt sehr hochwertig und verfügt über alles, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht.

A cozy, thatched, listed timber-framed cottage in a 6,000 sqm park-like garden with pond. The garden is secluded behind a wall. The Graue Kate belongs to a complex with listed cottages. It is the largest of the three houses to rent. Dogs are welcome. Rowing on the pond, picking ripe fruit from the trees, fishing and the caught fish right on the garden grill: pure enjoyment, in peace and quiet!
