The house is located 3 km away from the Baltic Sea and offers a fully equipped kitchen (even a bread-making machine!), spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sauna and ca. 2000 sqm garden with a large fire pit, deck chairs and a gas grill. The surroundings are peaceful and the view of nearby church in the village is just amazing. This is a place for people who want to celebrate their free time with their loved ones.

The house is in the best residential location of Stralsund. Via the promenade you can reach the harbour and the old town, which belongs to the world heritage site of Unesco, within walking distance in a few minutes. Our house has a limited number of free parking spaces in the yard.
