It is quietly located in a vacation home settlement, surrounded by birches, with reduced traffic. The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun.

Next to an old rectory, we have individually expanded a small side room for us, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of past times. Much seems to us to be coherent, some is still in the making. So nothing is standard. What we have not yet considered and is useful for guests can usually be quickly supplemented. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden on the edge of the field, so it is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

The natural trunk house near Zinnowitz on the island of Usedom offers you two bedrooms with two double beds each, a beautiful bathroom with large shower, an open fireplace, a lush terrace with Hollywood swing and direct bike path to the Baltic Sea beach. With a walk through the nature reserve behind the house you can reach the back water of the island of Usedom. A one-time cleaning fee is 80.00 euros, extra bed linen package - 20.00 euros each

This is a semi-detached house in a neighborhood with thatched houses and unobstructed views of the Achterwasser. Lot size 1200 m². The offered semi-detached house (Kielhus) consists of a first floor, second floor, attic and has a living area of 150 m². In the other half of the semi-detached house, on the ground floor, is the summer studio of the painter Kerstin Langer as well as another apartment (Achterkajüte).
