Our wonderful Swedish house, lovingly called Birka, is ideal for families, with parents and grandparents, but also ideal for friendly couples. 2 separately usable living areas on the first floor/attic with 1 bathroom each are ideal for this. It is quietly located in a vacation home settlement, surrounded by birches, with reduced traffic. The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun.

Our small apartment (44 m²) in the old town of Wolgast is looking forward to your visit :-) The apartment is centrally located between the harbor and the market. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are within walking distance. Free parking for smaller cars (quite narrow, up to size VW Golf) is right outside the front door. Larger cars can park for free in some parking lots in the old town. The Bäderbahn train runs not far from the apartment to Usedom Island, as well as bus connections.

It is a unique wood-paneled architectural house with a large private terrace, two bedrooms each with a king-size box spring bed and separate bathrooms, a children's room, sauna, fireplace and modern interior design that leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to feel good.

In Kröslin, the boat 4 Sterne Dtv Floating House offers an excellent view of the lake. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as a TV. A baby cot is also available. This boat features private terraces (open and covered) for evening relaxation. The property is located close to the beach and public transport links are within walking distance.

We recommend the modern 30 m² apartment for 2 people with a child or 3 adults. However, it has a sofa bed and a guest bed, which can increase the occupancy by 1 person (on request). You can expect your own kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a living/sleeping area. The living area with its sofa bed and TV area offers enough space to enjoy relaxing evenings. The sleeping area is equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe.

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis with its own terrace. The 1-room apartment with a converted attic is located in a vacation home with seven residential units and about 6,000 square meters of land. The apartment has a living/dining area with an open kitchen, a bathroom with shower and an attic, in which there is a double bed. The living space is about 35 square meters.

Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.
