Cottage vacation rentals in Kronoberg County

We felt very comfortable at Pascale and Steve's place. The conversation with Steve at the beginning and end of our trip was very fun. If we are back in the area and need a cottage, this will be our first choice. We can recommend the place without hesitation and 100%.

A lovely (big) house , well appointed and very neat. Lovely quiet surroundings and lots to see in a short (drive) distance. Carl is quick and accurate in his response (although everything just worked and there were not many needs to contact him: -) )

We had a lovely stay in Solgården! The house is nicely furnished, making you feel right at home. In addition, it is surrounded by forest and you will unwind all the way here. In the garden there are a lot of children's appliances, which our son had a wonderful time with. There is a swing, slide, trampoline, sandpit, and there are lots of toys. Also there is a hot tub, where you can relax in. Highly recommended as far as we are concerned if you are looking for peace, nature but also like to look for entertainment for your children. Stefanie is a very nice host, who responds quickly to your questions and likes to think in terms of solutions! Greetings from the Dammers family!

We wanted peace and quiet in the middle of nature and got what we wanted! Wonderful location with a lake view but still not far from Tingsryd where you can buy most things at phenomenal Börjes :) The house has all sorts of amenities both inside and outside so we could cozy up, barbecue, play board games and just swim the sauna and hot tub, even under the stars! Pascale and Steve kindly explained how everything worked and gave tips about both one and the other. The excursions to Åsnen, the car cemetery in Ryd and Stenfors use were very much appreciated by our small children (4 and 10 years old). That we got to see moose, deer, fallow deer, hare and cranes was a plus :) We are more than happy to return!

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful house! With a large living room, fireplace and well-equipped kitchen, but also rowing boat and porch with grill, you are super equipped for any weather. Nature is a real dream - we felt like we were in a documentary! Thanks for a great stay!

We visited Skälsnäs Gård for Easter with our two children of 1 and 4, and we had a great time. We haven't lived in a house with so much soul before, and we felt so comfortable. It's the perfect getaway for kids who love to play, both inside and out. The nature is very beautiful and the surroundings were quiet and idyllic. The house is older, but the kitchen and bathroom are equipped with modern amenities, and it was easy to cook for the family. Vaxjo is the main town nearby and it takes about 30 min by car. Cozy town with good bakeries and cafes. Since there are no shopping opportunities close by, we recommend making a meal plan so you don't have to shop every day. There is a water park (Actic) that our kids loved and we visited twice. The place is easy to find and the host was super friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We will definitely come back.

We, 3 adults and 2 dogs, were allowed to spend a very quiet and relaxed week in Anna's house directly on the lake. So far, everything was available for everyday life in the house. Communication was very good and Anna was always available. We felt very comfortable! For your information: The stairs are steep and the steps are offset.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Fabian was an amazing host and was friendly and very attentive. Thank you for a great long weekend, everything exceeded our expectations!

We had a very nice stay at the little Sweden hut! 😊 The cottage is very nice and quiet and has a large garden with a hammock. The lake is easily accessible on foot. The cottage has everything you could need (grill utensils, bowls, dishes, etc.). A detour to the Astrid Lindgren Museum and the filming locations is also very easy to do by car.

This is an amazing place! You will feel right at home there by the warm host. Cottage is simple, but has all the comforts. Highly recommended!

We had two wonderful days in the idyllic house. The hostess was very friendly and quick to reach. Easy check in and check out. The lake views and the sauna by the lake are simply fantastic!

We had a lovely Easter weekend at Anja's house! The house was located in the middle of the forest and was well decorated with everything you needed. Very well equipped kitchen, comfortable that there were both linens and towels on hand. The fireplace increased on the coziness factor. Nice places to get to in the nearby area and the grocery store is in Urshult. Anja and Stefan responded quickly to the questions we were wondering about. We would definitely like to come back.

Very much enjoyed our short stay in Anders’ little house in the garden. Had all we needed as a family of three, and we enjoyed our stay in Växjö. Anders and partner met us to say hello and offer us anything we needed, which is appreciated and then unobtrusive. Perfect. We all slept well and enjoyed this quiet little spot

Magnus was very friendly and was very flexible with check-in and check-out. The house has a very nice garden and the boat, which can be rented, allows various activities.

We have been going to Saleboda for years and have now been to George's house for the first time. The location is a dream and price/performance is unbeatable here. We were always answered quickly and kindly to questions. It was all about a great vacation.

for us the location was a little less to stay longer, but we chose this place mainly to view houses from here. We have opted for cleaning service (quite expensive, but that is your own choice) In terms of cottage, everything you could wish for is included.
