Welcome to our nice studio apartment in central Älmhult! Here you have walking distance to IKEA department store, museum and offices, train station, city center and grocery stores. Comfortable 160 cm double bed and a sofa bed for two people. Fully-equipped kitchen and fresh bathroom. The washing machine is located in the basement (time booking required). Loan of bed linens and towels are included in the price. Smoking and pets in the apartment are not allowed. The tenant-owner association's rules must be followed, for example, silence between 10:00 pm - 7:00 am.

Please note before booking: The house is close to the railroad, and passing trains can be heard both day and night, even though the windows are soundproofed. Some guests are bothered by the trains, while others – especially children – enjoy seeing them. Spacious apartment upstairs with a view over Lake Möckeln. There is a kitchen, bathroom, three bedrooms and a living room. The lake and swimming area are a two-minute walk away. There is a large garden, greenhouse, playground and soccer field next door. The center of Älmhult is about 3 km away.

In one of Växjö's most cozy neighborhoods, lies this little gem. In 5–10 minutes, you can walk down to Stortorget, the train station, or one of the town's cozy restaurants. On the ground floor, there is the historic Hovs Bakery where you can buy your breakfast pastries, cakes and even pick up locally produced yogurt, milk, cheese or coffee from a local roastery (open Mon-Sat). The apartment, which is on the 3rd floor, has a double bed and a spacious kitchen. There is also room for extra mattresses if you are more.

Close to swimming area, country shop, paddle tennis court, gas station and car repair shop. The apartment consists of one bedroom with two single beds. Bathroom with shower.
