Family-friendly vacation rentals in Kronoberg County

A beautiful, spacious vacation home with a great outdoor area – ideal for relaxing. Especially nice: the cows right next door in the pasture! Even with our dogs, everything was completely uncomplicated. Rasmus was a great host – very friendly and always responded quickly to messages. We felt very comfortable and there was nothing to complain about – only the bed was a little uncomfortable for us, but that is certainly a matter of taste. Overall a really nice stay that we are happy to recommend!

A fantastic house in a fantastic place. Already the path to the house leads through the beautiful nature. In the house everything was perfectly prepared for our arrival and everything worked very well. Carina and Leif gave us a friendly welcome and showed us everything relevant. It was beautiful in this house and especially with this unique location on the river. Priceless.

I had a great week at the accommodation. It's perfect to relax and to really enjoy some quiet time. I had great walks with my dogs right around the house. The view from the lake right beside the house is stunning and the hot tub a nice bonus. The house is great equipped and quite cozy.

We had a great time at Eva's and Ulf's. The house is very spatious and perfectly equiped to host 8 people. We really enjoyed the calm of the garden and the nearby lake and can only recommend this place!

We had a great time at this spectacular place. Quiet, gorgeous views and plenty of water activities. Per was an excellent and very generous host even offering our son a wakeboarding lesson! Everything was just as perfect as you can hope for when booking an accommodation. We definitely would like to come back here soon.

A wonderful historic Småland house. Very much in its original condition, which gives the house a lot of charm. For example, we were happy to accept that some room doors can only be closed with a hook in favor of the historic atmosphere. The property is fantastic - with open and covered terrace, large lawn, private sports field... The location on the edge of Åsnen National Park is beautiful.

Thank you for a lovely stay! We enjoyed the silence and the lakeview. The lake was great for swimming and fishing. We even caught a pike! Highly recommended. We would love to come back.

Great house on the lake with beautiful views of Lake Bolmen and sauna and hot tub as a highlight on top. We had a great night at Fredrik's place, the communication was super relaxed and friendly. We will be happy to come back any time!

We (being two adults, one teen, and our dog) stayed here for five nights. Communication with Ole was super good from the start. We found the house to be clean, comfortable, cozy, and peaceful. The yard is great with a small fence so our small dog could roam freely. The deck furniture is super comfortable. Even though the cabin sits on a small road, it is a deadend street with only once house on it past his so there is no car traffic and little foot traffic. The kitchen is well equipped, the living room is comfortable, the dinning room is nice. We found the beds to be comfortable. We used the gas grill outside for most dinners and it was great. There are games and the tv had Netflix, Wifi worked well. Ole was super flexible and accomodating, he allowed us to come early and leave late on our last day when we had a late night ferry to catch. There is a small grocery store close buy but it doesn't have much. There are tons of attractions to do that are close by. Great stay.

We arrived late and left early. We had a good dialogue with the hosts before arrival. They always responded very quickly when we had any questions. The apartment was clean and fresh and met our expectations. Thank you so much for us!

As always, everything went great, Milena and Roy are very nice landlords. The handover went as usual quickly and smoothly and we once again had a great week in the house and the surroundings! We will be happy to come back!

We stayed in this great house for 1 week, preferably fishing. It's great that a paddle boat is provided and the lake is a dream. We caught a lot of pikes but not a perch ! Strange but true :D Tip: at the very back under the bridge , you can take the boat to the other side of the lake! Great place and everything as described !

We had a wonderful time in the cabin! Lovely surroundings, friendly people. Elsebeth was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We would happily go there again!

Very nice little house in a very quiet environment with direct access to the lake. Very dear hosts. Small supermarket in the village. Padel court nearby. Golf club with trainer option. Rowing boat for shared use. All in all very nice. Thanks for the stay.

What a wonderful place. There was delicious homemade bread and jam, excellent recommendations and a beautifully responsive host.

Very quiet, located in nature, just outside Alvesta, overlooking grazing horses and cows. We felt very comfortable, the apartment is well equipped, great WiFi for working. Thank you Jan-Olof for the friendly welcome and the excursion tips, among other things, for the bike tour around Växjo, recommended! There are shops in Alvesta, e.g. ICA and Willys. Best wishes to the little kitten!

We were great staying at Emma's place. The house is great and so is the location. Emma was always quick to respond to our inquiries and strive for a good stay. Check-in was easy and flexible and everything was explained in detail in advance. We will be happy to come back

Beautiful lake view from living room/kitchen and bedroom. We enjoyed the tranquility and the view especially. You couldn't walk around the lake - but there were walks in the area and not far by car to more nature, skiing and the small town of Varnamo- but restaurants and shops. We enjoyed relaxing in the very clean and well-maintained space - and easy to cook there - the kitchen has what you need. The landlord who lives in the house next to the guesthouse was really nice and welcoming. There was a dish of fruit and bowl of chocolate upon arrival - and you had to use what was of coffee, tea, spices, etc. in cabinets- very nice gestures by the landlord. We highly recommend this little place.

Very nice accommodation and a super nice host couple. The accommodation is located in a quiet and harmonious environment. The accommodation was clean and nice and had, as the crowning glory, a wood-burning sauna.

We had a wonderful stay with Pia and Bertil! Both were very helpful and friendly! Could use canoe , rowing boat and bikes ! We went fishing and swimming more often at the lake! The two are really a very warm couple! The best hosts we've met so far! In addition, a clean and tidy house with plenty of space , we lacked nothing! I would be happy to come back..
