Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sandy beach. Floating dock with bathing ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here at Airbnb. Fishing included. Scheduled lax. A fish is included in the rental rental then SEK 130/ lax. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely aside, large opening out to the terrace. Level 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wifi, apple tv.

Shower and toilet with own well and water heater. Note, there is no washing machine. The guest guest will bring their own linens and towels. Access to the hot bath (39 degrees) all year round with circulation for cleaning. A rowing boat is included, bring your own life jackets. The cabin is smoke-free and pet-free! Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation by Lake Svanshals. Lake view from living room/kitchen and conservatory. Fireplace. The cabin is a newly built and completed year-end 2022/2023. Private access to Svanshalssjön. Fishing on the plot. Swim runs but bathing shoes are recommended (until we built a jetty). Otherwise, there is nearby very nice nature that is crossed by Skåneleden. By bike and car distance is Osby where there are both grocery stores, restaurants and other activities.

Relaxing old wood house

My house is adorable, next to a lake. It's peacefull, lots of windows. You can take the canoe , paddling ower the lake, or just sit and relax on the deck. Cold days, sit inside by the fireplace, read, eat a nice dinner in one off the rooms with windows owerlooking the lake. Small bedrooms,leaning walls , give you a feeling off going back 100 years in old sweden, when the house was built. You can not swim from my garden, but 200m from my house is a beach. My house is in a small village.

Dear guests. We follow Corona instructions regarding cleaning. The lake is also very clean.. a rowingboot is available,. Other supplies, Gardenfurniture, a little grill, big grassarea for soccer etc.. own entrance , parking in front of house. Area around is very quiet. Pls mail for further information A new sauna is ready to be used by the lake. A minor cost extra if wanted. . Negotiable... Värnamo city is 6 km away.

"Elisabeth's apartment" 40 meters to the lake with your own boat

Silence, peace and quiet! We'd like to share our paradise. Access to a boat and barbecue area and endless gravel roads. A private flat which is in our workshop just outside our residential house. Hiking and biking in magical scenery. Jälluntoftaleden is 12 km low and is close. Perch and pike in the lake. Fiber net on a rainy day! You have access to boat and firewood. No fishing license required.

Our cozy cottage is beautifully situated on our small farm in the middle of the Småland forest. The forest is located right around the corner for wonderful forest excursions. Next to the house there is a pond where you can swim. Cozy beach with sun loungers that you can enjoy in nice weather. The farm is only 10 minutes from the beautiful lake Åsnen and only 25 minutes to Växjö or Älmhult.

En stuga på ca 70m2 byggt 2005 delvis renoverat 2018 med fin sjötomt. Liten privat båthamn finns precis i närheten av tomten. Ca 5 minuter till Tallberga mataffär med bil. Det finns en egen strand på tomten som delas med värdfamiljen annars så finns det en allmän strand knappt 100 meter ifrån stugan. Finns även en bastu i badrummet om man vill värma sig.
