The rice pits in Åre municipality is a paradise both in summer and winter. Bright and nice summer evenings around the fireplace, snowmobile and winter activities in winter. Kallsjön is just outside the living room window, with the possibility of fishing. Hunting terrain in the hills and mountains around. Stunning views out to the sea and Åreskutan. 12 km to Järpen city centre. Possibility of cross country skiing in a light slope, swimming pool and Curlinghall. 19 km to Huså, 30 km to Åre/Bjørnen, which is known for its downhill slopes.

Maxa ski holiday in our cozy cottage, right next to Duved's lovely ski system. This is where you avoid the crowds inside Åre! A short walk will take you to the ski slopes where you come up by the children's hill + the lift to Tegefjäll's ski area. When you go home from the hill, ski all the way – Ski-In. If you want to go in Åre/Björnen, there is a bus stop for a ski bus 1 minute away. After a day on the mountain, you can enjoy a wood-fired sauna and have a refreshing swim (if you dare!) in the mountain stream just outside.

We can not promise that you will see the northern lights, moose, reindeer and catch wild fish; but many of our guests have experienced it. They love the cottage, it is cozy, located by a lake and has the wilderness outside the door. A boat is included in the rent. The area is famous for hiking, cycling, kayaking in lakes and rapids. Huset består av tre sovrum, ett badrum, ett sovloft samt ett kök som är öppet mot vardagsrummet. Det är öppet mellan sovloftet och vardagsrummet vilket bör beaktas om man avser sova på loftet och om man reser med morgonpigga individer. Stugan är modern men mysigt inredd för att skapa en härlig stugkänsla. Huså ligger på andra sidan Åreskutan från Åre sett och har en egen skidbacke och mycket goda möjligheter till skoteråkning. Här finns även en fors att bada i och vandringsleder.
