We were guests with the family and our dog and felt very comfortable. The house is cozy and the outdoor area is very spacious - our dog also felt very comfortable in the large garden! Those who like it quiet and idyllic will feel very comfortable. The sea is quickly reached by car or bike (5 min). Marija and her family are very friendly. We would come back!

We felt very comfortable with Marko and Leila. Communication was great! The accommodation is exactly as shown in the pictures and was really nice! The surroundings are very quiet and rather remote, but restaurants and supermarkets are easily accessible by car. We had a great time at Casa Nostra!

This home is the perfect location for anyone looking to get away from the crowds and enjoy your own private slice of Croatian paradise on the Istrian peninsula while still being close to several wonderful attractions, like the old city of Rovinj and the hill town of Motovun. The home and surrounding yard have everything you need including several outdoor locations to sit and relax while soaking up the ambience. Enjoy your coffee or wine while listening to the birds and enjoying the view of the olive trees and lavender plants. The hosts couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. We really appreciated their hospitality, local recommendations, and personal touch. The best Airbnb experience we've had.

I spent New Year's Eve with my friends in Stefan's accommodation and we were very impressed by the beauty of the house, new, clean, functional, equipped with every comfort. The rooms each with their own bathroom offer maximum privacy to each guest while the open lounge allows you to enjoy moments together with other guests in total relaxation and comfort. We spent a week over New Year's Eve at Jure's house and enjoyed the time very much. Jure's house is a little off the road, but so central that all necessary places were quick and easy to reach. The property is completely enclosed, which was very pleasant for our dog. The house is situated in a beautiful garden and has everything that is needed. The underfloor heating was particularly pleasant now in winter. The contact with Jure was straightforward. He was on vacation himself during our stay, but a friend gave us the key and provided us with all the necessary information. Nevertheless, Jure was always available to us and provided us with restaurant tips. We can well imagine spending another vacation in Jure's house.

We had a wonderful visit to Peroj. Lidija was a fantastic host and her place was exactly what we were looking for, close to places we wanted to visit and a nice, quite place for when we wanted to stay in.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks with our family in this house. Had super nice weather and everything you can think of was present in the house of Natalija and her family. Close to Labin, I think one of the best located places in Istria! We enjoyed the beach in Rabac, good restaurants nearby and from here very exploring Istria, Rovinj, Pula etc. Also seen the plitvice lakes and that is 5 hours up and down but worth it. Had a very nice time! Thank you!

I've just returned from a 1 week stay and there were 4 adults and 1 baby. The baby room (wasn't on the listing) was excellent and very well equipped and this made our stay so much better. The property was beautiful and well described, but the pictures don't so it justice. The host was lovely and very helpful when we needed her and we will hopefully come and stay again in the future. A floor plan would be even more helpful for future guests because bedrooms on the ground floor and the baby room are big selling points for families or those with disabilities.

Everything was super nice! We had a great, very relaxing vacation! The welcome and also the farewell were very warm. The place was sparkling clean and tastefully decorated, with everything you could ever need. Absolute privacy in the middle of an olive grove and well located for excursions to the coast, to Pula, Rovenji, Medulin, etc. Supermarkets and restaurants are also very close. (Tip from us: Steak restaurant Šantamarina Premansturska Cesta 157, Pula – 5 minutes by car). The heated pool and the beautiful covered terrace were simply great. Dino came by to clean the pool after prior registration. Communication was excellent, Dino and his wife were very helpful and always responded very quickly. We would come back any time and recommend the accommodation without reservation!!! Thank you again, dear Dino - also to your wife, for this wonderful stay :-)

We had a wonderful time at Villa Botanica. The house and the surrounding garden is very beautiful. You can definitly see and feel the love Piero and his family have for this place. It is indeed a little paradise.

Luxuriously decorated house, even more beautiful in person than in the photos and we immediately felt like we were at home! Antonia welcomed us the most sincerely, after the trip we could snack on cheese and prosciutto right away, have a glass of wine, and the kids were greeted with ice cream! We are speechless as much as Antonia and her family cared about guests, she cared about every detail to make our vacation perfect. I would particularly emphasize cleanliness-at the peak, and the kitchen is perfectly equipped! The kids enjoyed the pool, lufts, balls, football, trampoline, Playstation 5, board games, badminton - a dream vacation with lots to do. We enjoyed the privacy of the pool and the house, the wonderful walks, visited Rovinj - more than once, Bale, Motovun - everything is close to be able to make a nice excursion. We are delighted with the Grimani pizzeria, which is 5 minutes away, in the center of the place-best pizza, especially Nutella pizza! Mime's is great too. Once again a special thanks to the lovely Antonia - see you again! Perfect house for a family with kids!

The location was very great in the beautiful village of Bale. The hosts were very warm and helpful. I can recommend the property Wärmsteins.

Staying with Rozana was such a special experience. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel incredibly welcome - she's an amazing host. The house is tucked away in the countryside, which gave us so much peace and quiet, yet it's only a short walk into town. We spent a lot of time just relaxing in the garden, which is beautifully maintained and felt like our own little sanctuary. Inside, everything is so tastefully done - high quality furnishings, thoughtful touches and nothing missing. You can really tell how much care has gone into the place. We felt completely at home and left feeling rested and grateful. We would return in a heartbeat and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

The Villa was perfect

We stayed as a family (kids 18 and 20) for a week in the beautiful house. It was a relaxing stay with day trips to Porec and Rovinj. Bale as a small town is nice and offers everything you need: supermarket, café, bakery and a few restaurants. The access card to the Mon Perin campsite belonging to the house is also a nice add-on. Access to the water is good and the sea is very nice. The house is beautifully decorated and offers a lot of comfort. The covered outdoor area has four comfortable daybeds and a small seating area. Attention: In the evening, the mosquitoes strike. The Wi-Fi in the house is stable and excellent. The contact with Rosi was simple and uncomplicated, the response time outstanding. She's wonderful. We will be happy to come back.

We recently stayed as a family, and Sanja's home was absolutely perfect. Nestled in the heart of this beautiful historic town, it felt like we were living in history. The place was quaint and cute, providing a wonderful ambiance. The building remained cool, maintaining the perfect temperature, and we slept really well. Bale itself is stunning, with fantastic food to enjoy every evening. Walking around the town is truly magical. Its location made it an excellent base for exploring all of Istria. The access to parking was a huge plus, making our trips even more convenient. We spent every day at the sea, going from beach to beach. Everything you might want to visit is under an hour from Bale, with most attractions only 20 minutes away. We would definitely come again!

The vacation home is very large and beautifully furnished, including air conditioning and a great terrace. The sea is about half an hour away. The location is quiet and perfect for switching off. We will be happy to come back!
