Wir waren eine Woche in diesem wunderschönen Haus am See. Die Natur ist einzigartig der Blick auf den See und die Seevögel spektakulär. Man hat absolute Ruhe und kann, wenn man möchte, auch ein bisschen mit dem Ruderboot rausfahren. Gouda, Rotterdam und Den Haag sind superschnell zu erreichen, wenn es mal regnet oder man mal etwas anders sehen möchte. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem Haus. Es gibt aufgrund der Seelage wohl einige Flug Insekten, aber zumindest zu dieser Jahreszeit waren keine stechenden Exemplare dabei. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

A real home away from home, containing everything you need for a comfortable holiday. A cosy little private backyard garden. Away from the city center but close enough to be reached on foot, in a cosy neighborhood. The steep Dutch style staircase to the bedroom might be an obstacle for people with movability problems and smaller children, and those not familiar with this architectural concept. We will be very happy to return!

Schöne, sehr schick eingerichtete Unterkunft. Wir waren zum Fischen da und hatten keine weiten Wege ans Wasser. Gerne wieder.

We had a very relaxing 5 nights. Kees and Karen were impeccable hosts, laidback and always helpful. We didn't come by car, but it's easy to get into Utrecht either by bus or tram. Would definitely book again.

We stayed for one week in June at Cocos House. From the beginning on everything went very well, the conversation with our hosts was very pleasant. The informations about the house, the check-in and all the stuff around were very precise and easy to follow. The pictures in the ad show the house as it is in reality. It is a spacious place with a nice interior design. Everything was super clean. The open kitchen provides everything needed. There is a calm little garden in the backyard, especially after a day at the vibrant city of Rotterdam it is the perfect place to relax. The place is close enough to the center, cycling from there is perfect, public transport or even walking is a good option too. Grocery shopping, restaurants, Cafes are close. We would love to stay there any time again.

Our stay at the Airbnb was amazing. The place was nice and clean when we arrived. It's within walking distance of a grocery store. The erea is super nice and peaceful 😄

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in dieser schönen und gemütlichen Unterkunft. Die Gastgeberin Corrie hat uns herzlich empfangen und uns sogar mit einem selbst gebackenen Apfelkuchen überrascht. Auch Kees haben wir bei der Abreise als sehr freundlich und sympathisch kennengelernt. Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt benötigt. Woudrichem ist ein idealer Ort, um zur Ruhe zu kommen. Besonders empfehlen können wir einen Besuch auf dem Hausboot „De Pannekoekenbakker“ – hier gibt es köstliche und kreative Pfannkuchenspezialitäten. Eine klare Empfehlung für eine entspannte Auszeit!

Super Unterkunft und super Gastgeber . Wir hatten sehr viel Spaß sind haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war mit dem Boot erreichbar und wir konnten mit dem Boot einkaufen fahren. Es war ein echtes Abenteuer. Der Unterkunft sowie der Pool war sauber. Hat alles gepasst für uns ☀️

The tiny house was a quiet, peaceful place to stay with the basic things I needed to feel settled: a great couch, windows onto a beautiful garden, a comfortable bed, a fine kitchen, coffee, and a cozy loft. Sjoukje was a lovely host and went out of her way to accommodate me and make my stay easy. She lent me a bike and gave me lots of advice about the local area. I really appreciate her and my time here.

Heerlijk huisje voor een weekje weg met onze peuter. Mooi rustig park en bosrijke omgeving. De tuin van het huisje biedt allerlei leuke speelplaatsen voor kinderen waardoor je als ouder lekker rustig kan zitten.

Magnifique petite maison moderne sur pilotis… Vue imprenable sur le bras de mer 🤩. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. Merci! NB il faut juste savoir que le logement est situé au bout d’un camping.

Ik heb heerlijk mogen verblijven in Patricia's en Patrick's huisje. Ik werd warm verwelkomd en ik voelde me gelijk prettig. Alles was super schoon en nog mooier dan op de foto's. Ik heb heerlijk kunnen wandelen in de omgeving en genoten van de pasgeboren vogel-kuikentjes in het vogelhuisje. Patrick en Patricia helpen je altijd, ook in de stromende regen. Bedankt Patricia! Ik raad deze plek 100% aan!

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. We konden iets eerder inchecken, voor de kinderen was alles al aanwezig in het huisje. Het was mooi schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien!

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und Anneke bzw. ihre Tochter waren während des Aufenthalts stets bei Fragen ansprechbar. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, alles war sauber, gute Ausstattung und der Pool sowie Jacuzzi waren toll. Ich empfehle die Unterkunft sehr gerne weiter.

Fijn verblijf op een mooi park. Veel te doen in de omgeving. Ruimte is niet groot maar heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. De tuin is heerlijk en heel groot. Fijne locatie met de honden omdat de tuin volledig is omheind. Voor de pubers een leuke boot, surfplank of de mogelijkheid van het binnen zwembad. Hele fijne dagen gehad. Denk alleen wel even aan het meenemen van je eigen beddengoed😉

Wir haben uns in der großzügigen Wohnung von Tim sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Betten waren gut und besonders toll war, dass wir auch die Räder im Haus im Erdgeschoss abstellen konnten. Die Lage in die Stadt war toll und wir konnten zu Fuß abends immer noch gemütlich einen Spaziergang machen. Schön war auch die gute Beleuchtung im Ess- und Wohnzimmer. Gerade im Esszimmer konnte man gut sitzen, lesen und arbeiten. Am Anfang gab es Probleme mit dem WiFI , Tim sich aber sofort gekümmert und es wurde repariert. Danach lief alles wirklich super. Toll wäre es, wenn es ein kurze schriftliche Einweisung geben könnte, was man bei der Benutzung der Mikorowelle/Backofen, dem Herd oder bei der Spülmaschine beachten muss. Vale muito se voce for visitar as cidades da região, utretcht, haia, roterdam, muito facil com a estação que fica ao lado, amsterdam é mais longe, mas ainda assim é fácil chegar

Wonderful location in a nice locality in thr picturesque town of Gouda. The place itself is cozy with all the basic necessities. Tim is great host, responsive, helpful and proactive. Accommodated our late check out request. The place is VFM, but more suitable for 2 person than three.

Superleuk tiny green house aan mini strandje aan de rivier de lek op stads camping Schoonhoven. Je hebt veel privacy.. tiny house is superleuk ingericht en heel knus met theedoeken en handdoeken. Douchen doe je op de camping waar je ook kan genieten van lekker ontbijt en je kan voor ‘s avonds ook snacks en maaltijden kopen op de camping in t restaurantje

Schöne kleine Wohnung in sehr zentraler Lage von Gouda. Super viel ist schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist mit allem Ausgestattet was man zum täglichen Bedarf braucht, sogar eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Einziger Negativpunkt sind die teuren Parkplätze in der Nähe, hier Stand uns Tim aber auch mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, um Alternativen zu finden! Alles in allem ein super Aufenthalt.

We had a lovely staying at Gouda, the train station is across the street, which is really convenient. Tim answered our messages quickly and nicely. All the amenities were just what we needed, definitely would come back!

It's a nice place to stay, it's just a few steps away from the train station. It was quiet and calm. The only annoying part is a loud radiator which was exchanging water, on the first thought I was thinking that there is a reconstruction upstairs. Place was described well and the host was responsive.
