This lovely home is located just a stone’s throw from the Zevenhuizerplas (5 minutes by bike / 20 minutes on foot) and offers the best of both worlds: the tranquility of the countryside and the proximity of the cheese town of Gouda and Rotterdam (30 minutes by public transportation, 17 minutes by car). The house has been furnished with great care and attention to detail by myself, an architect, giving each room a sense of calm and harmony.

Welcome to Bed & Breakfast Stek aan de Lek. We welcome you to Ammerstol, located in the Krimpenerwaard. The accommodation includes two rooms and a total of four sleeping places. Expandable with another two sleeping places on a sofa bed for children. The rooms have their own sanitary facilities, a mini kitchen in the room with small fridge, coffee, tea and crockery. We have a great veranda, backyard and large recreation space that you can use privately! There is also a small kitchen where you can cook.

Looking for peace and quiet, but also for excitement? Then this dike house in the polder, a stone's throw from Gouda, is the perfect place for you. Through the French bedroom doors, you can step from your bed into the sun-drenched (although, it remains the Netherlands) garden of 2500 m2, where you can get fresh eggs from our chickens that roam around. Relax in this idyllic spot. Get on your bike and pick up groceries at the Gouda market, or take the train to Rotterdam/Utrecht/The Hague (18 min).

Welcome to our “bakhuisje”: a national monument from +- 1700. The house is cozy and comfortable; living downstairs, bed is upstairs on the mezzanine. It has a cozy electric fireplace and a comfy couch. The bathroom has everything needed. Kitchenette (without cooking) with small fridge + coffee/tea and a beautiful view (vegetable garden, greenhouse, fruit trees). Of course WiFi and a workplace. Beautiful surroundings for walking/cycling and a small sandy beach in the river at 2 minutes walking.

Adjacent to 60 hectares of nature reserve, the Reeuwijk lakes in front of the door, and the train station is a 10-minute bike ride away. There are country stores in the area and shopping centers in beautiful Gouda, which is a 15-minute bike ride away. The house is spacious with 2 bedrooms, a study, games room, TV room, kitchen, living room, 2 toilets, bathroom, dressing room and multiple terraces.

(€17,50 /PP) The entrance of our property is protected with a visible outdoor camera. Lekkerkerk is in the Green Hart of South-Holland. Visit the world heritage windmills of Kinderdijk or our local cheese farm on our rental bikes (€10/day) to have the ultimate Dutch experience. WIFI 58,5 /23,7 Mbps .

Here you can enjoy a unique piece of the Netherlands, where life seems to stand still for a while and feel the hustle and bustle of everyday life far away. The swimming pool is closed from November 1st to April 15th!

The house is located in Capelle aan den IJssel, located in a quiet residential area and everything is within easy reach. 5 minutes away from the A20 in combination with free private parking and public parking. If you go by train it is 14 minutes to Rotterdam Central Station and 3 minutes to Rotterdam Alexandrium. From our house it is 4 minutes’ walk to the station and there is a shopping center next to the station. There are total 4 bedrooms with 1.4m-1.8m wide size beds available.

Family home close to old town

Our place is a cozy family home full of colour's, books and toys. The house is 100 years old, but up to modern standards and very comfortable. The fireplace is something we especially enjoy in winter. In Summer and Spring we love spending time in the garden, which is pretty big for Holland standards (and rather small compared to most other countries). The garden has a sandpit, a play house with a slide, and more than enough space to relax and enjoy the sun and trees around.

Group accommodation in Oudewater

This spacious 12-person group accommodation is perfect for a stay with family, friends or colleagues. The warm decor with sunny conservatory and spacious garden make it the ideal place for relaxation and fun. Play a game of volleyball or relax by the fireplace. Explore the area by bike, canoe or hiking. The historic city center of Oudewater is a stone's throw away, with nice terraces and attractions such as the Heksenwaag. Gouda, Utrecht and Schoonhoven are also nearby.

We rent out our cottage (including bedding, towels and kitchen linen) for tourist purposes. We do not accommodate employees! Dogs and other pets are not allowed. Do you like peace and space? Do you like to walk and/or cycle in an environment with (hobby) animals and where farm life is still visible?
