From the 3rd-floor apartment, you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of the surrounding mountains. The Zillertal Arena ski area is just about a 10-minute drive or ski bus ride away. Right next to the building, you'll find an outdoor pool, mini-golf, beach volleyball, tennis courts, as well as numerous hiking and leisure opportunities.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

The ski bus to the Zillertal stops about 5 minutes walk. By car you need approx. 10 minutes to the nearest lift. A freely accessible ski cellar is located in the house.
