The apartment includes bedroom, a cozy kitchen-living room with a sofa bed, and a bathroom. Each room has its own door, ensuring maximum privacy and comfort. This is a quiet 2-room apartment (66m²) for max. 4+2 people. The apartment is located in a typical Berliner “Gründerzeit”-house from 1873 and offers a large kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and two rooms with loft beds. The friendly holiday apartment overlooks the house-owned garden, which can be entered from the same courtyard that also leads to the flat. Only a few minutes away is the underground station Mehringdamm (U6, U7) and a bus station of the M19 line.

My spacious and sunny studio apartment has a lot of space up to four people. The king size bed is very comfy and there is a large sleeping couch. There is an elevator in the building so you do not have to walk to the top. Of course you have your private bath room and a fully equipped kitchen. There is Wi-Fi. I also provide bed lines and towels.

The penthouse is on the 6th floor with elevator. It has two bedrooms and two fully equipped bathrooms, living room with an open kitchen, 15sqm terrace facing south, free parking and air-condition. The apartment is 1,1 km or 15 walking mins south of famous KDW-shopping center and Kaiser-Wilhelm-Memorial church.
