This one room apartment offers 14 square meters in an industrial loft style. Open stone walls, huge comfortable bed, new bathroom, breakfast kitchen (no stove, coffee machine, fridge, water kettle, microwave) vintage furniture, cozy sofa. The mini flat is situated in a beautiful planted courtyard in the booming part of Kreuzberg. There are two bicycles.

The spacious (42 sqm) studio is located near Winterfeldtplatz. You can explore the lively neighbourhood or get to the highlights of Berlin by means of four different subway lines. The studio itself is quiet with windows facing the Garden, an en suite bathroom incl. washing machine, a kitchenette. The courtyard garden has a sandpit and a seating area. PLEASE NOTE that subway lines U1, U3 and U4 are interrupted due to maintenance work until 10 May. There is an easy alternative to U1/3 via U2.

You will have a private entrance, a private bathroom and a spacious room with a queen sized bed. You will have more than enough storage. The place has no kitchen, but there is the best restaurants right downstairs. Important: It is 5th floor so a lot of stairs. Not recommend if you have have trouble walking up stairs.
