If you are looking for a cozy and quiet apartment in the center of Berlin - 400 meters from the geographic middle point of Germany 's capital - this one might be your first choice! The style of the apartment alternates between loft and cozy farm house: Open living area with steal kitchen, tasteful bathroom, bedroom with space for Yoga and meditation. The flat is my private home which I only temporarily rent and therefore I m looking for mindful tenants who appreciate a private atmosphere.

Room features its own entrance, bathroom, balcony

Daily rental 5th floor, 20 sqm private bedroom (two single beds) with bathroom and balcony. This room is part of Sarah’s apartment but has its own independent entrance and staircase. The connecting door to Sarah’s apartment can be locked so you can enjoy full privacy. The shared balcony is separated by a palette (see photo) to give you privacy. You may sometimes hear me or my little daughter Jo though. Ideal for one person, city trip, business trip and/or remote working.

Historical, unique bel etage, central, big garden

Dies ist meine geliebte Wohnung, in der ich normalerweise lebe, wenn ich nicht auf Reisen bin (das bin ich oft!). Eine ruhige Wohnung mit 2 Wohnräumen und einem Schlafzimmer, Bad mit Badewanne. Mehrere öffentliche Verkehrsmittel direkt vor der Tür. U7 Yorckstraße, S1, S2 und S75. Ca 120qm Wohnfläche. Potsdamer Platz, Kudamm, Winterfeldplatz, Viktoria-Park und der belebte Bergmannstraßen-Kiez sind jeweils ca 1 km entfernt. Der große Park am Gleisddreieck grenzt direkt an das Haus.

Check-in and check-out are via key box and thus easy and very flexible. All information for access and Wi-Fi will be communicated on the day of check-in via Airbnb chat. The room was extremely quiet and very cozy. Due to the many wooden elements in the room and hallway, there is a pleasant smell of spa / sauna. The subway, S-Bahn and bus can be reached in less than 10 minutes. All in all, I felt very comfortable and can definitely recommend the apartment for short and medium stays. A note on the stairs mentioned: it is a steep spiral staircase, so not necessarily for people who have problems climbing stairs.

I had a wonderful stay at Ulrike's large and lovely apartment and was tolerated very graciously by her sweet cats. It's a very comfortable and warm space and Ulrike herself is very kind, responsive and respectful, a perfect mix of welcoming but not overweaning. The room itself is great, bed is comfortable and has a nice desk for working if need be. It's also quite clean which was nice, I will however say that the rest of the apartment was not exactly immaculate (owing partly to the cats) which did not bother me at all but could be a sticking point for some. In any case, a great stay I'd be happy to do again.

Everything is great! Location - shopping and infrastructure - Good Asian restaurant opposite - Bars and pizzerias within walking distance - quiet and family-friendly location with large park in the immediate vicinity - only the buses to the nearest subway/ train connections are very unreliable and unpunctual … Any time again!
