The vacation rental is located on the semi-basement floor of a renovated apartment building. It has 38 square meters, 1 large and 1 small bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and a seating area in the garden for your own use. There are TVs in both rooms. The apartment of course has a parking space, and bicycles can also be stored. Lake Constance is about 500 meters away. A bakery, train station, Edeka and other stores are within walking distance. Tourist tax is not included in the price.

Welcome to the "Kressi-Nest"! In 2021, we lovingly expanded this cozy bright attic apartment. We are looking forward to likeable and friendly guests who appreciate our holiday nest. Our cozy Kressi-Nest has 55 square meters and is very quietly located in a cul-de-sac directly at the "Schlößlepark" and about a 3-minute walk from the lake (lake park). The Kressi-Nest is ideally suited for 2 people. We love children, but the Kressi-Nest is not suitable for (small) children.

The apartment "Auszeit am See" is located in Kressbronn, a quiet place on Lake Constance with good infrastructure. Centrally located and yet completely quiet, as away from the road towards the lake in a well-kept residential complex on the 2nd floor (Haus Argenpark) with elevator. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher so that you can spend more time in the wonderful Lake Constance region with swimming, cycling, hiking. Indulge in the wonderful gastronomy of the region.

Located in Kressbronn, the holiday apartment 'Seekind' offers a lake view directly from the premises. The 75 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and an additional toilet and can accommodate 5 people. Available amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a dedicated workspace for home office, a dishwasher and two smart TVs. Laundry service is available (for a fee).

The apartment enchants with a large balcony (23 square meters), from which you can often see the mountains. The way to beautiful Lake Constance can be combined with a wonderful walk through the orchards. In four minutes (on foot) you are at Edeka, as is Lidl just around the corner.
