Unser Einfamilienhaus liegt ganz ruhig an einer Sackgasse, direkt an einem schönen Park mit Naturkneippanlage und bietet ganzjährig unmittelbare Seenähe, die nahen Alpen und Fahrradtouren jeden Geschmacks sowie Wintersport. Es besteht die Möglichkeit von Homeoffice durch einen geräumigen Arbeitsplatz mit WLan und Lan Verbindung .

The cozy apartment consists of a large room on the ground floor, with an adjoining bathroom and an upper floor with two bedrooms. It is located in the lovingly renovated former stable building of our farmhouse. This is located in a rural but local part of Tettnang about 8 km from Lake Constance. The apartment combines the charm of former rural use with modern furnishings. The fireplace offers a special ambience, especially in the cold season.

Since we love to travel ourselves and are on the go a lot, we decided to rent out part of our completely renovated house. The apartment enchants with a large balcony (23 square meters), from which you can often see the mountains. The way to beautiful Lake Constance can be combined with a wonderful walk through the orchards. In four minutes (on foot) you are at Edeka, as is Lidl just around the corner.

Our cozy apartment is located in Lindau on Lake Constance only about 2 km from the city center. You can reach the city center in a few minutes by car, bike or bus. A fireplace, the organic pool in the garden and an outdoor hot tub with a constant 36°C ensure relaxation in any weather. Bicycles can be stored in our garage.
