We had a very nice time there and can recommend the place.

Villa Ursa is located right in the heart of a small village. However a tall fence provides a sense of privacy. We visited at the beginning of June and there was almost no people in the village which for us was ideal as we enjoy peace and quiet above else (Lana informed us that during summer season it is a completely different story so have that in mind if you are visiting during July or August). You have a heated indoor pool and as the posting mentions a beach bar with a nice coastline just 10 min walk from the Villa (for us the sea was warm enough to swim in but a lot of people did not go into the water). Inside of the Villa looks modern and traditional at the same time which gives it a nice aesthetic. Lana was a kind host who welcomed us with a local wine bottle, freshly baked bread and a meat platter. We really enjoyed our stay and it is highly likely that we will visit again.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks with our family in this house. Had super nice weather and everything you can think of was present in the house of Natalija and her family. Close to Labin, I think one of the best located places in Istria! We enjoyed the beach in Rabac, good restaurants nearby and from here very exploring Istria, Rovinj, Pula etc. Also seen the plitvice lakes and that is 5 hours up and down but worth it. Had a very nice time! Thank you!

A really beautiful property, with a lot of attention to detail, in a beautiful blooming garden, a well-maintained pool, a stone's throw from a beautiful secluded beach. The different terraces left nothing to be desired, the outdoor grill is fantastic, the surrounding nature (we met deer, sheep, a turtle and wild boars) a dream. We woke up to the oriole singing and were greeted in the morning by butterflies. Hiking, biking, swimming, chilling... it is 30 minutes to the city (and thus to the nearest supermarket). Thank you, dear Maja, for the nice welcome gift - and for sending me my forgotten e-book! I'm sure we'll be back to your paradise.

The house and surroundings are perfect for those seeking peace and relaxation. Except for birds, you don't hear much there. The most beautiful is the evening sun, which sits over the property and gives it a magic. Kitchen is in the covered outdoor area, with a large grill. We had everything from a quiet shooting star night to the pool party and enjoyed every minute. For the drive to the quiet beach (not 5min) we got a car as the road is a bit bumpy. Had the 10 days at your disposal. But we thought it was fun, rounded off the vacation. For people who are afraid of insects, it may be nothing, we have discovered something new every day:) But everything is harmless. Will miss the evening view of the sea!

Wonderful house and great host. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and well worth the price. You have direct access to fresh herbs, homemade wine, rakia, jam, and eggs by the host. Perfect for a quiet time away from traffic noise and light pollution. Walking distance to several nice hiking locations. Would love to stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at Gianna’s place. The view is very nice and the surrounding is peaceful. The bed were comfortable. There is AC everywhere in the rooms. The house is functional. Maybe some pans in the kitchen in better shape would be nice. The outdoor is nice and the pool was very appreciated. We stayed during the beginning of June and temperature was nice on the terrace. Maybe more shadows on the terrace for warmer day would be a +. It’s really nice to have this outdoor kitchen. The outside furniture is confortable. (Some towels for the pool/ beach could be given) The location is nice. You can reach Krk island in 10 min. Lots of nice beaches and even dog friendly beaches within 10-15 minutes. Having a car is a must. In conclusion, we had a very nice stay, the outdoor with the view is great. The house is functional. Gianna is really nice and gave us some advices to visit and for restaurants. Thank you. We would definitely come back. :)

We had a wonderful time at Villa Botanica. The house and the surrounding garden is very beautiful. You can definitly see and feel the love Piero and his family have for this place. It is indeed a little paradise.

Barbara was a wonderful host, always very helpful and gave us great tips. There were also delicious things from her own garden for us to taste. The location was fantastically quiet, the garden wonderfully maintained and the pool magnificent! Thanks for a special vacation!! ☺️

Although we were not able to communicate directly with the host, his family took excellent care of us. The house is exactly as shown in the pictures, very big, nicely decorated, with everything you could need. I give my highest recommendations!

We spent ten wonderful days as a family in Jasmina's house. It is located in an extraordinarily beautiful location in the middle of the island, surrounded by a beautiful garden with leafy pergola, various outdoor seating, a cozy barbecue area as well as a really large and clean pool, which was greatly appreciated by the whole family. The garden and pool are really an absolute highlight. The house was sparkling clean inside and above-average well-equipped: in fact, we had to get almost nothing new: coffee powder, toilet paper, towels, lighter, scissors, charcoal... everything was available. The reception was crowned with plenty of fruit and vegetables as well as a large snack platter and fresh bread, so that after the long car journey we only had to sit down and start the holiday directly. Many beaches can be reached in 15 minutes by car and the sea was full of colorful fish. Great!!!

The stay was very nice all around. The hosts were very nice, we were welcomed with a schnapps to welcome us. In addition, the host brought us very delicious cakes. The area is very quiet and beautiful. We were very satisfied with the accommodation and would be happy to recommend it.

We had a great stay of 10 days – the place was great! Communication with Saskia was great from the beginning: fast, warm and absolutely reliable. She was always available and immediately helped when we had questions or concerns. The apartment is very clean, well-equipped and close to the beach as well as close to shopping – everything you need is nearby. A small note: If you drive a very large or long car, parking in the driveway is a bit tricky. But with a little practice, it will work. Overall, absolutely recommended – we felt very comfortable and would come back anytime. Thank you, Saskia!

We liked the house very much and it corresponded exactly to the description. The location was particularly great (remote and yet you can quickly get to the city center and the sea) and of course the hot tub and sauna. A baby cot and a high chair were provided for our baby and a safety gate was also installed on the stairs and a baby swing was also available, which was really great. We'll be back :)

The rooms are decorated with beautiful antique furniture and there was plenty of space for our family of 5. The garden is an extension of the house with an incredible, well-stocked outdoor kitchen and dining area with views of the sea. It was evident that Mira is a master gardener because her garden was one of the most beautiful we had ever seen with blooming plants and butterflies everywhere we turned. The pool was the cherry on top with panoramic views of the valley and sea. The location was perfect…quiet and private yet lots of restaurants and shops only 10 minutes away. Pictures cannot capture the beauty of Villa Mirabilis. This is easily one of our favorite AirBnBs we have ever stayed in and our kids are already asking to go back. We really loved this fairytale house and felt like we were in another world. I was very excited because the pictures are so great. But the reality was even better. The furnishings are absolutely top notch, nothing is missing. Our children loved the intricate architecture and the wooden staircases. Although we were unlucky with the weather and it was really cold and rainy, we really enjoyed our stay as the house is wonderfully warm. We LOVED the Outdoor kitchen. There's a wonderful wood-fired oven there, where we baked bread and made stew directly on the fire. Our favorite place. We would have liked to use the pool more often, but the weather didn't quite play ball. But as soon as it warmed up, we went straight in and that was great too. We can warmly and wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful house. The hosts are very nice, help immediately and are really uncomplicated ❤️. If you're not just looking for a place to sleep, but a house full of love and magic, this is the place for you 💕

Beautiful location. Communication was very easy and quick. The pictures and the description of both the pictures and the description were fine. Unfortunately, only the jacuzzi was not really heated. Otherwise 10/10

If you are looking for a quiet place to stay with a lot of nature and a view of Krk that you know from postcards, then Adrijana's place is definitely worth a visit. The beaches can be reached in about 10 minutes by car, was no problem for us. For those who want to stay in the accommodation, there is a whirlpool. Adrijana communicates clearly before and during the visit.

The house was just as beautiful as in the pictures! Everything was perfect and we felt completely at home. Communication with Miro was friendly and quick, and we got some great tips about the local area. Thanks for a wonderful holiday!

Our private home in Rabac has kept everything it promised. The sustainable Passive house was beautiful, the view over the infinity pool directly to the sea unique and very special. The house is in a new condition with a lot of attention to detail, especially the architecture and the exposed concrete convinced us. Both in the sunshine and in rainy weather, it is very easy to stay in the accommodation. We didn't miss anything & communication with Jelena was also very good. We can definitely recommend the place and look forward to coming back if the garden has already grown a bit. Thank you!
