High location with a nice view of the Ångermanälven river. Located between Kramfors and Sollefteå. You will have the entire house and property for yourselves. There is a heated hot tub on the terrace that is available all year round. This is included in the rent so there is no extra cost for it. From the plot, there is a private path to Väja swimming area, takes about 5-10 minutes to walk. Bedlinen and towels are included. Coffee capsules for the coffee machine are included. These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 minutes to Sundsvall city center and stops outside Mitt University on the way. The cottage is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, a stove, a shower and a composting toilet, as well as a nice outdoor toilet. Sea views both from the deck and the sofa in the living room, enjoy an incredible sunset sitting out late at night. Walking distance to nice sandy beach for swimming and barbecue.
