Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Kramerhof

The accommodation definitely exceeded our expectations! Cozy and modernly furnished, the apartment was clean and discreetly decorated with a lot of love. We are a small family of 6 people in the apartment and there was more than enough space. Robert was very accommodating and provided both baby beds and a high chair. The open kitchen/living room also invites you to cook with modern appliances and thus to have nice dinners together. We had a relaxing night in the beautiful apartment, thank you and definitely recommend the apartment. If we are in Rostock again or in Warnemünde over the weekend, this will definitely be our choice for accommodation again. We wish you all the best and thank you again!

The location of the farm is really beautiful and everything is super nicely prepared. The apartment itself is very well equipped and sparkling clean. Even though it was still a bit cool, we took it easy to make extensive use of the terrace and garden. I'm sure we'll be back!

Jörg welcomed us in a very friendly way. The place is cozy, clean and well appointed. An absolute highlight is the conservatory overlooking the sea.

We had a wonderful vacation at Mario & Birgit's and were able to relax & unwind incredibly well. The apartment was in top condition, the surroundings were wonderfully quiet and it was only a few minutes' walk to the beautiful natural beach. Every evening we could admire fantastically beautiful sunsets here. Communication with Mario was super friendly, accommodating and quick. So thank you, we felt totally comfortable!

Our stay at the Dünenhaus exceeded our expectations. Everything was lovingly decorated as in the photos, clean and the location could not have been better. We were also very pleased about the small gift. We will come back very gladly! :)

It is a nice ground floor apartment with a parking space in the courtyard. Check-in and check-out are quickly and easily done in the office a few houses. The apartment is very well equipped, with very cozy beds, clean, bright, very central and yet quite quiet. Parking is very close and luggage trails are therefore very short. André was very polite and accommodating. The questions were answered very quickly. We spent 4 beautiful days in the apartment and are thinking about it!

Dear Susann, We were very happy to be guests in the old schoolhouse - thank you for the beautiful accommodation to enjoy a wonderful winter week with lots of birdsong and waves on the doorstep. We brought firewood with us. In the kitchen we found everything we needed for extensive cooking on vacation and otherwise we lacked nothing in the apartment. We had a great family time with seven adults and two toddlers. We really appreciated the good equipment of the kitchen and also the big grill in the garden, especially since we all like to cook. The beds were very comfortable and the house is also very child-friendly with toys and plenty of space. Our dog also felt very comfortable.

We had a wonderful short stay in Susanne's charming house. The house had everything you need and we felt right at home. From the house you can directly access a small path towards Bodden, which is very convenient.

A very nice, homely clean house with a well-kept and playable garden for children. There were five of us in Ulrike's house for a week and enjoyed both the walks to the sea, the use of sauna and swimming pool, as well as the remaining time in their beautiful and very new house. The beds are very cozy.. Gladly again and again. m

We were 3 couples with a dog and were looking for a quiet cottage over New Year's Eve to escape the hustle and bustle of Berlin. That worked out perfectly. My dog didn't even flinch. With its numerous rooms, the house also offers enough retreats, as we spent most of our time indoors in winter. We also all slept great in the beds and loved the fireplace in the living room. The kitchen was also quite well equipped compared to other apartments, so you didn't need to buy everything new. A little more waste separation would be great and a later checkout would have been great because it's a bit hectic for 6 people in the morning.

Beautiful architecture paired with views as if painted. The amenities at their finest and furnishings exactly to our taste. 🙏🏻Thanks, we had a great, relaxing family time in this gem of a house. An unforgettable vacation!!!

The place was great. We were 9 people (3 children here) and had plenty of space and a beautiful well-kept garden. Everything was very clean and there were even a lot of toys for the kids. Michael was very helpful and responded immediately to any questions. We would take the house again immediately!

We spent a few very nice days in this wonderful vacation home. For families with small children, everything is really available. Overall, the house is very well equipped and lovingly designed. We can warmly recommend it.

We had 4 wonderful days in the quiet all to ourselves. Great for a vacation with a dog through the fenced garden. Very quiet and close to nature. Super cozy cottage and especially the sauna was a highlight.

I felt completely comfortable! Accommodation was small, but fine. I didn't miss anything and that doesn't happen often, especially in kitchens. Both beaches can be reached quickly, on site and in the area a lot can be explored and hiked. The supermarket was quick to reach the corner. The contact with the staff was very friendly, detailed and accommodating. I highly recommend to stay! Thanks so much :)

Andrea is a relaxed and friendly host! Absolutely accommodating and helpful! She was always quickly accessible and had many good tips for excursions nearby. The apartment was very clean! It offers plenty of space for 2.5 people (although tall people have to duck their heads at some doors). I think the bathroom is great, as there is a shower (also sufficiently large) AND bathtub!! The kitchen is also very well equipped. The balcony is spacious enough to have breakfast or end the evening comfortably and the view is fantastic!!! The garden is certainly a real snack garden in summer/autumn with fruit trees and shrubs.... All in all, we felt very comfortable there and can only recommend this apartment!! Thanks for a great stay!!!

The check-in was a bit bumpy, as after a 730 km drive I was surprised that I had to call the caretaker to get the password for the key, I opened the door & in front of me was someone who was busy with cleaning, also the lady in the stairwell who was still sorting informative flyers, Tim and his wife were there. That confused me a bit, but the next few days, in a great conversation, my confusion was resolved. The house is situated in a residential street, the horse-drawn carriage and the trolley train pass by, occasionally private cars and some tourists on foot. Since you can close the blinds electrically & the windows are well insulated, the plaster stones do not bother either. In a review, I read that the kitchen chairs are too hard, I can confirm that, a bit uncomfortable for long game evenings. The Wi-Fi password did not match the description, Mr. Radke had a solution. Parking lot from the house. Apartment is recommended

Beautifully quiet private-feeling corner cottage. Everything present, of good quality. Due to a short circuit, we were in trouble for a while, but Sandra responded immediately and solved the problem. Wonderful garden to sit in. On the right, the dachas of the locals with rich gardens. Lots of singing diverse birds! Left, the modern villas. Old meets new. Sleep well!

This is amazing place for out-of-towners to stay. A grocery store with integrated bakery/cafe (and in season, even a strawberry stand) literally on the other side of the street. It‘s an easy, under-10-minute walk to bus stops to the train station or out to the beach. The old quarter of town with shops, restaurants and sightseeing is only 10 minutes away. About the apartment itself: the huge farmhouse-style kitchen with big table means that families or groups of friends can really sit together and visit, even if part of the group needs to rest (as in our case, where some of us were still jet-lagged). Everyone agreed that the beds were very comfortable. All in all, a really charming place to stay in a perfect location. Katja, the host, is very friendly and quick to respond to questions. Both thumbs up!

We are totally satisfied with the stay in this beautiful apartment! The place was just like the photos – clean and stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We particularly enjoyed the large roof terrace. The host was always friendly, easily accessible and reliably took care of everything related to check-in and stay. The location of the apartment is ideal – shopping is right next door, the city center is just a stone's throw away and wonderfully quiet, as it is located on the courtyard side. We would come back anytime and can really only recommend the accommodation!

We had a great vacation and a very pleasant stay in Katharina's beautiful apartment. There were two of us in the apartment and there was plenty of room. The balcony with the extremely practical insect protection doors was very nice. The fact that there is a swimming pool, sauna and gym in the house is very pleasant. Although I would have liked the water in the swimming pool to be a little warmer. Very positive is the proximity to the beach, within walking distance in three, four minutes and we enjoyed the beach chair that Katharina provides with the apartment. The train station in Zempin is also a 5-minute walk away and we used the train a few times to visit the Kaiserbäder. The connection is very good and the ticket is covered by the tourist tax. In addition, the area is great to explore by bike. Great bike paths. All in all, we had a great vacation and I highly recommend Katharina's apartment.

We are repeat offenders! We have now driven into this apartment several times with our two children. The size is perfect for us. We love the location and can recommend the apartment to everyone with a clear conscience.
