The small guest apartment in the basement of our single-family house is located in a preferred location of Stralsund overlooking the Strelasund and the island of Rügen and direct connection to the Baltic Sea Coastal Cycle Route. It is a one-room apartment with bathroom and kitchenette including dishwasher and fully automatic coffee machine. The apartment is comfortably furnished and spacious thanks to the fold-away bed that can be folded up during the day. A baby crib is provided upon request.

"Stralsund" 65 m² quiet on the outskirts of the city with balcony

Looking for a low-budget neighborhood, but need your privacy, enough space and feel-good atmosphere on vacation? There is plenty of space here for a good price. "Stralsund" has a separate entrance and a size of 65 m². A parking space is available right in front of the house. It is very quiet, only neighboring traffic (branch road). It is located 5 km north of the Hanseatic city of Stralsund. It is only 6 km to the nearest guarded swimming spot (Stadtbad Stralsund).

Vacation in the "stable" - in the middle of Rügen

My place is close to the island "capital" Bergen (only 5 km away) and is located in the middle of the island and also in the middle of nature. You'll love my place because of our 6,000 square meter garden. Here you can relax after a discovery tour of the island, lie in a deck chair, barbecue or drink wine in the evening. The former stable building has a traditional ceiling height of 1.95 m on the first floor... So you better not be taller ;-)
