There is also a balcony and a cellar for storing bicycles or skis. Dolní Morava offers two four-seater cable cars (Sněžník cable car 400 meters from the accommodation). In a favorable snow situation, you can arrive on skis right up to the apartment.

Our apartment is located in the heart of the Jeseníky Mountains, near the Základna rychlebských stezek (Base of the Rychlebské stezky trails). It is surrounded by meadows and forests, in complete privacy. There are quarries and ponds for swimming, castle ruins, and beautiful walks can be taken right from the door. On foot, by bike, even with a stroller. Jeseník Spa is over the hill, culture lovers will appreciate the Dance Hall in Račí údolí or the castle in Javorník. We created the "Za górami za lasami" settlement out of love for the mountains, mornings with views of the peaks and a passion for hiking and MTB. It is a place for families with children, groups of friends or singles, as long as you value nature and peace. The settlement is located in the Śnieżnicki Landscape Park.

Our cottage from 1895 is located in the heart of Jeseníky in Vrba pod Pradědem with a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains. The cottage is surrounded by beautiful Jeseník nature and a short distance away the forest begins. The large garden provides tranquility, from which there is a beautiful view, whether from the terrace or from the pond at the bottom. There are countless opportunities for walks, hikes or bike rides. It is ideal to combine them with resting in the shade of a flowering apple tree in the garden.

The cottage welcomes you with a cozy interior where you can forget about the worries of everyday life and just chill by the fireplace. The cottage accommodates 8 people, so it is a great place for a group of friends, a family holiday, but also for a couple in love.

The modern house by the beach in Pastviny welcomes you. Enjoy private grilling right by the reservoir, with a built-in draft beer system. The modern, fully equipped house located directly on the beach with a view of the reservoir offers accommodation for up to 12 people. The parking area in front of the house accommodates 4 to 5 cars. The house has 237.35 m² of floor space and central electric heating. The property is partially fenced, spacious, and offers private access to the beach.

W Sercu Kotliny – Karol's Cottage

A cozy cottage in the heart of the Kłodzko Valley created for those who want to relax and be in contact with nature. It comfortably accommodates 8 people, there are two bedrooms, a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. A private wood-fired hot tub and barbecue area guarantee an unforgettable holiday. An ideal base for exploring mountain trails and local attractions. This is where the road ends and the real relaxation begins.

A wooden cottage, located by the forest in a secluded corner with a beautiful view of the mountains for 8 people. A secluded charming place especially recommended for people who want to relax in peace and quiet. Minimum rental period is 2 days. Check-in is until 7 p.m. Check-out by 12:00. About 100 m away is my second cottage for 6 people called Klimcia. I do not provide towels. The price applies to the entire cottage regardless of the number of people.

Tré is a designer cabin where we focus on detail and comfort. You can relax in the private outdoor panoramic wood-fired sauna. Tré is ready for both cooking and cleaning. Of course there is an espresso machine (coffee included), a bluetooth Bose speaker, or tall American spring beds. Heating by fireplace, underfloor heating in the bathroom. Free parking is available directly under the cottage.

The apartment offered is an independent apartment on the 1st floor of a single-family house. It consists of one bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with two single beds, a living room with a sofa, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The house is located in the suburbs of Kłodzko - 2.5 km from the old town square.
