The location in the middle between Bø and Notodden provides opportunities for trade and restaurants In the summertime it is possible to rent the canoe ( on sharing with my second cabin in the area) for NOK 350,- a day.

Here you have hiking trails and ski slopes literally right outside the door and a short way to the area's many attractions. 1 km to Vrådal city center with grocery, cafe, gallery and rental of rowboat, kayak and canoe. 3 km to Vrådal Panorama ski center and 5 km to Vrådal golf course. The house is also perfectly located between east and west for you passing through, but we recommend staying a few days to enjoy the area.

Welcome to "The Pearl by the Point"! This charming home from 1880 is beautifully situated on the outermost row of Tangen, known for its historic white-painted wooden houses and narrow passageways. Enjoy three lovely outdoor areas and a fully stocked kitchen. The property lies just a few meters from the sea, with public swimming area Gustavs Point just below and a lovely southern view towards the historic Stangholmen Lighthouse. Professionally cleaned. Towels and linens included.

Dalane, Drangedal - brewery

This is a brewery house from 1646, renovated in summer 2020. The house consists of a main room with a cozy living room and a brand new kitchen and well as a bathroom. On the loft there is a new double bed. Firewood free for own consumption (must pick up yourself in garage / woodshed). You can clean out of the apartment yourself or order cleaning (550kr). There are duvets and pillows in the beds, but bed linen must be rented outside for kr. 75 per set. Not sleeping bags.

Gunhildsbu is a cosy log cabin in the forests of Bamble in Telemark. The area is perfect for hiking, and you can go fishing in Lake Toke and other smaller lakes. In the summer you can go swimming. The cabin is fully equipped. There is a fireplace in the livingroom and WiFi. The view from the veranda is amazing. Canoes for rent for €5 pr. day.
