Quiet and peaceful place with nice views, and good sun conditions from morning to evening. The house is located at the end so there is no through traffic. Døvika is located at the end of Eidangerfjorden. Here you can really relax and enjoy the sun and the view. There are large patios/porch with garden furniture. There is a furnished garden room. It is 15 min to Risør city center and to Tvedestrand. 10 km to Brokelandsheia with, among other things, the small zoo and Euro -spar. Two km to the village Søndeled with Kiwibutikk (open on Sundays in summer) and swimming facilities. Nice marked hiking trails nearby. Kristiansand Zoo is 1 hour away. We are renting the brew house/firehouse on the farm with large lawn at their disposal. Here, children can play, kick football, etc. The house has kitchen, living room, sauna and first floor bathroom. In the second floor there are 2 bedrooms where there are room for 6 people total. The first bedroom has two twins. This bedroom has to go through to get to the other, which contains a double, and two single beds. The house is located in a rural location. Opportunities for many activities nearby !!

Sup boards and kayaks can be borrowed. By boat you are in Norway's finest archipelago with many small islets and islands. Sauna available for tenants.
