Monthly Rentals in Kožljak

The check-in was easy to do and flexible. The place was clean and had all the amenities listed. Unfortunately, We stayed at the end of December and the pool was not usable as it was not possible to heat it up enough. Our dogs were perfectly safe and happy walking around the area. Place is very quiet and isolated. Will definitely consider going back another time

The cottage is in rural Istria, in a beautiful location on the terrain. We found the location on the outskirts just as expected quiet and beautiful. You can also get to know the flora and fauna of the area here. The apartment is simple but sufficiently equipped. We were there with two children, 7 and 2 years, who had their fun as there is plenty of space outside. Loreta's father is there every day, very friendly and also gave us fresh eggs. In summary, a successful stay.

Marija is a wonderful grandmother who treated us with so much love as if we were her own grandchildren. Every morning, she greeted her with fresh, delicious homemade cake or pancakes, and she put her heart into it. Regarding the area, we are repeat guests, however our first time staying in Martina. The apartment, the location, the view are amazing, but the person of Marija makes it really special. Despite the language barriers, we could have understood each other, if we could understand Horvà, or maybe German, we could have talked for hours. The apartment is well-equipped, clean, comfortable, with a nice view of the sea from the terrace. We can't wait to get you back to Maria next year.❤️

Accommodation is highly recommended. Fantastic property. Great garden. Extremely nice hosts who provide you with fruit and vegetables from the garden. You should be aware that the accommodation is far, about 40 minutes from the good beaches. Small supermarkets 2 km away. The fantastically beautiful property makes up for it. Gracjela is a very nice person who respects privacy. The only point of optimization would be the poor lighting when you come home late at night and are alone in the house. Thanks Gracjela and the two daughters for the nice days in your house.
