Marija was such a great host and very accommodating. The place was very clean and had such a great location everything was in walking distance. I would definitely come back and stay again.

Nika was an amazing host! The place was just as described and our group was very comfortable. Nika went above and beyond in being a great host (e.g. our kids were feeling a bit hot in the home and Nika had 2 new fans sent in a couple hours). She was also very kind, helpful and extremely responsive! The location of the home was also great - we were at a 5 mins driving distance from the happening spots. Highly recommend!

Wir waren zu 6. + ein Kleinkind. Die Villa war einfach zu finden. Die Person die uns vor Ort erwartet hat, hat leider nur kroatisch gesprochen. Aber mit Händen und Füßen konnte man sich trotzdem gut verständigen. Der Check in verlief also ohne Probleme. Die Villa war in einem makellosen Zustand, wir haben uns direkt Wohlgefühlt. Es gibt ein Badezimmer und ein extra WC. Eine Klimaanlage gibt es im Wohnzimmer, leider erreicht die kühle Luft die 3 Schlafzimmer nicht. Deshalb war es nachts ziemlich warm. Auf Nachfrage haben wir ein reisebett und ein hochstuhl erhalten. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb, dies weiß man jedoch vorher deshalb war es kein Problem für uns. Insgesamt war alles eine 5/5

A lovely house, undersold by its photos. Excellent value for money. If you're considering this for a small/medium group I wouldn't look any further, unless you value being central to Zadar. Even then, its doable. The outdoor area and ground floor are the real selling points. Abundance of seating. Marta was responsive to any queries or issues, and had some flexibility with our check in/out times to give us a little more time to get up and out. Marta's mother lives next door, and attended to the property early each morning to clean the pool, etc - which was a nice touch. ______ Only a couple of drawbacks, but none with the property directly: We had some issues with the speaker that was provided, so recommend bringing your own if you want music. (Thankfully we did just that). Taxis seem to take a long time to get to the local area, for when we wanted to go into central Zadar. Normally 20mins+ wait. Just bear this in mind. Also - bring bug spray/repellant!

Toller Aufenthalt in Zman bei Fabio. Das Haus mit Jacuzzi und Outdoorküche war sehr schön. Der kleine Ort bietet alles fußläufig, Einkaufsladen, schöne Badestelle, Restaurants. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft schön, kleine Wanderungen am Meer entlang bis zum nächsten Ort sind machbar.

The flat is quite nice, clean and near to the old town, around 10 mins by foot. The host is so nice, adorable, friendly and helpful. She took care of us everyday to make sure everything is okay. Overall this flat is 10 out of 10.

Der Aufenthalt in Dijanas Ferienwohnung war einfach fantastisch! Dijana ist eine unglaublich nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Sie war immer hilfsbereit und stand für alle Fragen zur Verfügung, wodurch wir uns sofort wohl und willkommen gefühlt haben. Die Wohnung selbst war perfekt – besonders der atemberaubende Meerblick war ein Highlight! Alles war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und komfortabel. Wir haben die Ruhe und die wunderschöne Umgebung sehr genossen. Vielen Dank, Dijana, für diese wundervolle Zeit – wir kommen definitiv wieder!

We loved our stay at Ivana’s place. A very clean, spacious apartment with a balcony overlooking the sea and a private beach! A short drive to great restaurants and Paklenecia NP! Ivana was a great host, very kind and communicative. Highly recommend.

Tivemos uma ótima experiência durante nossa estadia de 1 noite. O lugar é limpo, aconchegante e exatamente como nas fotos. A única dificuldade foi em relação ao estacionamento e à entrada, que foram um pouco complicados de localizar e de conseguir vaga. No entanto, isso não atrapalhou a experiência como um todo — gostamos muito do espaço e certamente voltaríamos!

Je recommande vivement cet hébergement, j'ai passé d'agréables moments avec mes trois enfants, ma première visite pour la Croatie et j'aurai sûrement envie d'y retourner chez Jagoda. Un super plateau de fromage à l'accueil et une délicieuse tarte aux pommes pour le départ avec un petit cadeau pour mon fils ☺️ La description de la maison est fidèle à la réalité. La mer se situe à 5 min à pieds. De la terrasse nous avons observé le couché du soleil et nous avons profiter de la vue sur mer. Mes fils sont ravis et moi aussi 😍 Vous pouvez avoir confiance à 100%. Ein tolles Apartment mit wunderschönem Blick auf das Meer, das man in 1 Minute zu Fuß erreicht. Super ist auch, dass man ein Stand-up Paddle ausleihen kann. Die Kommunikation war freundlich und herzlich. Schade war, dass wir erst am Abreisetag erfahren haben, dass wir für die Hunde einen Aufpreis bezahlen müssen. Als wir gebucht haben, gab es darüber keine Information.

The best accommodation in Zadar, with incredible views of the old town and plenty of places to eat just a few minutes' walk away. Gordan's service was excellent. I highly recommend this great accommodation. We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay at Dinos. It was perfect for the 2 of us for a few days. It's in a quiet part of town and don't be put off by the outside areas. We felt safe. The flat was clean and tidy with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The old town was 10mins walking distance away. The beach was a little further (20-25mins) fine if you like to walk and only about €5-6 in a uber. There were a few nice cafe bars and restaurants around which were very welcoming if you didnt fancy a walk into town on an evening. All in all a very pleasant stay and if we do return to Zadar we would be looking to book with Dino again. Added bonus he let us drop our bags with the cleaner after our early morning flight and then we could check in at 1pm. Thanks again.

Wir waren zu zweit für 2 Wochen in der Unterkunft. Hatten eine tolle Zeit, vor allem der Pool war einfach genial. Mit mehr wie 2 Leuten stelle ich es mir schwierig vor, zumal keinerlei Schränke für die Klamotten vorhanden sind. Aber ansonsten ist alles da was man braucht und Edwin war ein super netter Gastgeber und war bei Fragen stets erreichbar. Auch der Pool wurde vom kleinen Roboter regelmäßig gereinigt😊. Logement très propre et fonctionnel. Martina est très réactive et présente si on a une question. Pour atteindre le vieux Zadar, les plages ou la gare routière, il faut compter 30-35 min de marche. La piscine est bien entretenue et il y a suffisamment de chaises longues pour s’y relaxer. Merci pour tout, nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

This is the perfect place for a couples holiday as it’s in a great location, great views, the pool is perfect and the beach is only 5 minutes away. The hosts are the most friendly people and they make you feel right at home and are always available to help you with anything. They also gave us drinks by the pool which is a great touch. Would recommend to anyone

Die Kommunikation mit Dina war von Anfang bis zum Ende sehr gut und angenehm. Schnelle Antwort. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Ich kann Dina, ihren Mann und das wunderschöne Haus nur empfehlen. Ich würde das Haus sofort wieder für einen Urlaub buchen.

Great place with everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. Hosts were super helpful and even provided a travel cot and highchair for our little one. Would recommend having a car to get to town but can easily/cheaply park to get into the old town. Ubers were also very available and good value.

Die Unterkunft war sehr gepflegt und in einer angenehm ruhigen Lage. Der Pool und der Jacuzzi waren immer sehr sauber und es gab genug freie Liegemöglichkeiten. In der Wohnung war alles wie beschrieben vorhanden und alles top gepflegt. Radovan war ein sehr sympathischer Gastgeber mit guten Englischkenntnissen, der Austausch war jederzeit problemlos möglich. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Bibinje. Der Strand ist nur ein paar Minuten von der Unterkunft entfernt. Bäckerei und Restaurants sowie Souvenir Läden befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Blick vom Balkon ist sehr schön! Jedes Zimmer hatte eine Klimaanlage. Nach Zadar ist es nicht weit. Am Pool sind liegen, allerdings keine Sonnenschirme. Wir würden wieder kommen.

We had a lovely stay at Petra's apartment. The apartment was perfect for the two of us with much appreciated Aircon and spotlessly clean. The pool was also pristine, and the perfect place to spend a relaxed day. The supermarket is only a 4 minute walk with the beach about 15 minutes away. We did walk to the old town (about 45 mins) once, but chose to get Ubers most evenings which were really affordable (about 6 euros). I would highly recommend Petra's apartment for a relaxing holiday with lots to do in the area. Also, you can get Ubers from the airport which is MUCH cheaper than a taxi from the rank that is there.
