Unser Aufenthalt, als Familie mit zwei Kindern, in dieser Villa war einfach fantastisch! Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber, mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen komfortablen Urlaub benötigt. Der Meerblick von der Terrasse/dem Garten ist wirklich beeindruckend und hat uns jeden Morgen aufs Neue begeistert. Die Villa liegt in einer gated community, was uns ein zusätzliches Gefühl von Sicherheit gegeben hat. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und gepflegt, ideal zum Entspannen. Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an den Vermieter, der sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Er hat uns tolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und war immer erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Seine Gastfreundschaft hat unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht; ein perfekter Vermieter!!! Wir können diese Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Locuinta lui Jamal este foarte frumoasa si are o priveliste extraordinara! Se ajunge repede cu masina in Yalykavak unde sunt multe restaurante bune si magazine pentru cumparaturi. Casa este dotata cu tot ce-i trebuie si are si o piscina privata. Jamal a fost o gazda minunata cu care am putut comunica foarte usor.

Tatil için Bodrum inanılmaz güzel bir lokasyon. Bodrum’u ailecek çok seviyoruz. Ve kesinlikle Bodrum’da geçirdiğimiz en konforlu tatildi diyebilirim. Ev gerçekten tam da fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibiydi, hatta daha bile güzeldi. Balkonun deniz manzarasına bayıldık.Sabah günü balkonun manzarasında karşılamak çok keyifliydi. Site de belirtildiği gibi sessiz, sakin ve güvenli, plaja yürüyerek inmek Bodrum gibi bir yerde bulunmaz nimet.Gerçekten plaja ulaşım çok kolay ve ücretsiz olması da yine çok büyük bir artıydı bizim için. Site içerisinde yer alan restoranı da denedik; o da oldukça lezzetliydi. Bazı günler site dışına çıkmaya bile gerek kalmadan burada yemeklerimizi yedik.Evin çok temizdi (ben kendim temizlik hastası olduğum için otellerde kalamıyorum o yüzden bu kısım benim için çok çok önem arz ediyordu). İhtiyacımız olan her şey evde mevcuttu.Konakladığımız bu periyotta gerçekten çok keyif aldık. Ev sahibi çok ilgili ve nazikti,her konuda yardımcı oldu.Kesinlikle tekrar geleceğiz.

Eda, çok dost canlısı biri ve mesajlara hemen cevap verdi. Çok ilgili davrandı. Annesi ve babası çok tatlı insanlar. Bizi kahvaltıya davet ettiler (yemekte kuş sütü eksikti). Annesi çok sıcakkanlı davrandı. Dönüşte bizi uygun bir fiyata havaalanına bıraktılar . Her şey için teşekkür ederiz. Konum olarak Bodrum merkez’de ve taksi ve otobüs durağına yürüme mesafesinde. Biz ulaşım konusunda zorlanmadık.

Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr nett und freundlich. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Mükemmel ev, mükemmel ev sahibi, mükemmel konum. Harika bir deneyim. Kendi evinde hissi, huzuru, kocaman bahçesinde oluşturulan farklı alanların her birisinde sanki bir lüks otel suit deneyimi konforumdaydı. Ev sahibi mükemmel sıcak bir karşılama ve ayrılırken inanılmaz esnek saat imkanı ile bizim için başlangıç ve sonun en güzel şekilde olmasını sağladı. Sadece ev değil çevredeki etkenler ilede inanılmaz uyum ve güzellik içerisinde. Haftaiçi tatil yapacak olursanız hemen yanındaki okul belki sizi rahatsız edebilir ama benim için görünmez bir ses duvarı vardı. Evin kendi büyüsü tüm bu sesi bastırmaya yeterli. Sorun edeceğiniz bir ses değil. Kos’ta 2. bir tatil planım olsa yine aynı evi tercih ederim.

great location - we were unsure about where would be a good location in Bodrum, but this place was perfect walkable to all needed places like restaurants and beach and shops. Would highly recommend, very good price and very friendly host

Staying at Niko's place was one of the best Airbnb experiences I've ever had. The location is perfect—close to everything yet feeling secluded and calm. Just a 5-minute walk, and you're in the centre of Kos, surrounded by cafes and restaurants, with a convenient market open till late nearby. The house itself is incredibly well-designed and well-built, with beautiful materials and finishes. The natural light fills the space, making it very relaxing. The rooms are comfortable and equipped with everything you need, and the bathroom features a fantastic open-layout shower. The backyard is also a highlight—well-designed, fully furnished, with an outdoor shower and sink. It’s a perfect spot to relax after a day at the beach before dinner. Finally, a big thanks to Niko for his excellent communication. He’s super friendly and professional. If you’re looking for the ideal spot in Kos, this is it. I’ll definitely be back next year. Uitstekende accommodatie op een prachtige plek. Goede communicatie met de host. Aanrader voor mensen die een rustige uitvalsbasis willen hebben om Kos te leren kennen.

Kurban bayramında 4 gece konakladık. Öncelikle Bahar Hanım son derece ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Ev tam da fotoğraflardaki gibiydi; eski bir Rum evi, mavi kepenkler, şahane bir avlu, özel tasarım banyo ve mutfak…Tertemizdi ve ihtiyacımız olan her şey vardı. Hayalini kurduğum Bodrum’un merkezinde konaklamak, sabah sahilde yürüyüş yapmak, sonra avluda bir kahvaltı ve istediğimiz her yere rahatlıkla gitmek. Akşamları da barlar sokağında hareketli, eğlenceli gecelere birkaç adım mesafede olmak. Bodrum’u, konaklamamız sayesinde daha çok sevdik. Yine Bodrum’a gelsem, konaklayacağım ev belli!

the home was wonderful, we are very happy with it, the hosts are very friendly and helpful, its close to city center and the beach, if you have a car there is parking very close. the house was clean and very homely. would recommend, we will come again. id like to thank the hosts again for the stay.

Die Unterkunft von Inge entsprach genau unseren Erwartungen! Das Häuschen war blitzsauber und modern, hatte alles was man brauchte. Die Kommunikation mit Inge war super, sie hat uns sogar von der Bushaltestelle abgeholt und - durch einen Zufall - konnten wir durch sie auch wieder zum Flughafen gelangen ohne Bus zu fahren. Würde diese Unterkunft jedem empfehlen, der Ruhe & Natur in unmittelbarer Nähe von Kos Stadt sucht.

A charming, rustic house in the Gumusluk district of Bodrum. We had a great time here. The drive up the mountain is easy, the check-in was smooth, the house is well equipped, and the view is stunning. We drove to nearby beaches everyday and retreated to our home in the evening. the host is wonderful. On top of responding to all of our questions and requests, he made a last-minute reservation for us at an amazing local restaurant. Granted, this is a rustic, boho mountain house, but it is still comfortable and the sunset itself is worth spending a few days here.

Harika bir yer, denize sıfır ve çok huzurlu. Yazılan imkanlara sahip ve aynı fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi. Handan Hanım ve Galip Bey’e kibar, yardımsever davranışları çok teşekkürler. Bahçedeki tavukları ve çok tatlı köpekleri Çinko ve Marko ile harika bir tatildi. Düşünen herkese öneririm. Sonraki seyahatlerimizde umarım tekrar denk geliriz.

The place was very clean and exactly as shown on Airbnb. Husnu was a fantastic host and provided many helpful tips and suggestions. I would absolutely stay at his apartment in the in future and highly recommend. I made the dumb mistake of forgetting my cellphone in Bodrum. Husnu immediately shipped it to me in the United States.

What an amazing peaceful, safe place in the middle of Kos town. Fantastic amenities at home including a fully loaded snack basket and mineral water. George and Maria are amazingz warm, so humble as hosts and are always at hand to help with anything needed. The. balcony with the egg chair is so so comfy and a wonderful place to sit and enjoy a beer in the sun. We are vegetarians and there are shops nearby to get essentials and we loved the food at Mom's Restaurant right near the Hippocrates tree. Overall, so so glad that we chose this Air BnB, truly memorable and we will definitely come back here to stay at this feel at home Airbnb and meet the super lovely hosts George and Maria.

Öncelikle biz Fatoş hanımı çok sevdik. Harika bir ev sahibi. İlgili ve son derece özenli. Evi çok temiz, büyük ve bakımlı bir bahçeye sahip, aynı zamanda da güvenli. Evde ihtiyacınız olabilecek her şey var. Hatta çok daha fazlası var. Kediler de bonusu. Özellikle Leyla'yı çok özleyecek gibiyiz. Tabii bahçeyi de... Burada sizi adeta harikalar diyarına davet eden bir bahçe var. Amacınız her gün koştur koştur bir yerlere gitmek değil de gerçekten biraz mola vermekse bahçedeki ağacın altında dinleneceğinize çok eminiz. Tabii dışarı çıkmak istediğinizde mahalle de çok yakın, yürüme mesafesinde. Ancak ev biraz daha mahallenin üstünde kaldığı için denize veya marketlere gitmek için araçla gelmenizi/kiralamanızı tavsiye ediyoruz. Kısacası Bitez’in kalbinde, her yere oldukça yakın ama bir o kadar da sakin ve huzurlu bir ev arıyorsanız gönül rahatlığıyla burayı tercih edebilirsiniz. Biz şimdiden özledik bile. :)
