Bicycle and hiking trails around the corner. In the winter when the ice is located, you go to the ski slope in 10 minutes or take the car on 3. Free electric car charging. These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 min to Sundsvall city center and stops outside My University on the way. If you have a car, you are free in the parking lot belonging to the house. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Which is close to nature but also centrally located in Söråker. It is a completely newly built cottage with high standard standard. One bedroom with 180 cm comfortable double bed and one room with a 120 cm comfortable single bed. We have a nice sofa bed that will be 140 cm wide where you can sleep two as well. Wifi is available and a nice bathroom with shower and both washing machine and dryer.

Monika and Matthias are great hosts. We grilled with other guests and everything we needed was there, including seating at the grill. Due to the weather, we were able to enjoy our coffee early in the morning on the small terrace for 3 days. The two take care of their guests, give excursion tips and offer permanent photo opportunities on their property with meadows, flowers, forest, river, many songbirds, owls, deer, geese, moose. Within 40 km there are some excursion options and easy hikes. The burger smithy in Stöde is totally fine, but in the guest house we were able to take care of the kitchen ourselves very well! A wonderful relaxing stay remains in our memory, THANK YOU!

I‘ve never slept so close to the sea. Awesome! This house is posh and affordable at the same time. I have to come back to stay a bit longer! Try the Restaurant. A bit pricey but definitely worth it.

We had a great stay at Martin‘s Cabin. It was located perfectly for me as a Fisherman, directly on the water. Unfortunately, Martin‘s boat was not usable due to a repair, but he managed to organise one instead right on the first day. Very nice! Nice Sauna with panoramic window onto the lake, very relaxing on a chilly night. 5/5!
