Vacation rentals with a patio in Koukaki, Athens

Excellent stay in this very nice apartment. We enjoyed the quality (and cleanliness!) of the premises and the magnificent views of the Parthenon. Communication with Maria was very fluid and clear. In short, we highly recommend this place for visiting Athens!

We've had an excellent 2 night stay at Sotiris' apartment, exceptionally clean and in an ideal location. Sotiris is a super responsive host and provided clear simple instructions for gaining access to the building, local recommendations and helpful directions from the metro stations. I read a lot of reviews about the area being somewhat unpleasant, we found it to be perfectly safe and visually not uncommon for a city. We found some amazing food venues nearby to the apartment to save on entering some of the more touristy areas and we were not disappointed. Would highly recommend this Airbnb!

This is a fabulous apartment in a really interesting, peaceful but also vibing suburb within easy walking of the centre and the Acropolis. Lovely and clean, with all the amenities that you would need, plus a great, large balcony. A perfect base to explore the wonders of Athens - we highly recommend.

We liked this apartment very much: it is newly renovated, has a nice design, lots of amenities and a lovely terrace. It is in the middle of a lively neighborhood, but inside the apartment you cannot hear a thing. There are lots of great restaurants nearby, Acropolis is 10-15 min away by foot and a metro station is also close by. Ivett was a great host: communication with her was easy, she provided clear check-in instructions, and we greatly appreciated welcome cookies after a tiring day of traveling. Wish we could have stayed longer than 2 nights :)

Absolutely loved Zoe’s apartment. She was an excellent host and if we were evet in Athens again we would definitely return. Highly recommend.

A beautiful, very well-equipped apartment in a very nice environment, close to the center, with many nice restaurants

Athan’s penthouse was the perfect place to stay for exploring Athen’s. The apartment is bright, clean, and comfortable, with a lovely and spacious outdoor terrace. The neighborhood is vibrant and lively, with many bars and restaurants within just a few minutes walk, and the overall location is exceptional - walking distance to the metro, acropolis, and surrounding neighborhoods. Athan was a great host and there is a guidebook with lots of recommendations and tips in the apartment. Don’t hesitate to book!

I spent a week here and had a great time. Right in the centre of Athens but I felt I had a little sanctuary to relax in every night. And best of all it was quiet! Even in the busy centre. I would stay here shin for sure!

This was a great stay for the price! A nice walk into the city center, (15 min) but the restaurants around the corner are way better than in the city center and better prices for the quality! Very local restaurants! I only wish the WiFi had been better, was very spotty

Angie and Stavros are wonderful, friendly, and artistic people. They think of everything in terms of supplies and amenities in their place. Such a fun, creative, and whimsical apartment and patio. This was our second time to stay at their place, and it was just as great as the first time. We will definitely stay there next time we are in Athens. Also, very easily reachable on the 856 bus which you can catch in Syntagma Square. Very highly recommend!!!

Beautiful and spacious house in a quiet neighborhood. I really recommend it. Fully equipped and the hostess was very kind, she allowed us to leave at any time we wanted the next day and we really appreciated it.

Thank you Ioannis, this was my first visit to Athens and I had everything I could wish for. A small flat which was a great place to be alone in, and a base for excursions. And it was cool in style and temperature!

We had an amazing stay enjoying the beautiful roof terrace, local market, restaurants and harbour beach. Panayotis and his family was very kind and helpful, we would love to come back.

Enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Description and photos accurate. Very clean and nice. Has washing machine outside and area to hang dry clothing. Loved the outdoor space. Only complaint (which are at no fault of the host) is if you have neighbors in the Airbnb Nextdoor, you may hear them. Only other fyi for other guests is that we had x2 full sized luggage and x2 travel backpacks, and since the space was small it was hard to move around with open luggage, but that is our fault for not thinking about that and wasn’t much of an issue for us since we didn’t spend much time in the apartment except for sleeping. Just things to consider! Otherwise a very enjoyable stay. Host was also kind, and responsive. Apartment is very close to the metro station and only a couple stops away from tourist attractions. Safe, and quiet area. Lots of nice coffee places and a pharmacy around the corner. Thank you!

We loved our stay in this apartment. The view was beautiful and the design of the apartment was well thought out and felt very authentic. The little touches like recessed lighting, electric shutters, fans, aircon, and antique furniture were much appreciated and elevated our stay — we found it very well suited to short term stays. In general, it would have been nice if there was slightly more upkeep/ freshening up of the place (particularly in the kitchen) but that was our only real gripe. Similarly, the furniture, despite being pretty, was not very functional, especially in the twin room and kitchen (which could benefit from a little revamp and restock of supplies like more cooking apparatus and better washing up facilities). But as we were only there for 3 days, it didn’t bother us much and instead we ate out for every meal. Overall, I would definitely recommend this apartment. Great location, authentic design, responsive host and beautiful views.

Apartment is as shown in the pictures, very clean and with attention to detail, lighting options is nice, the view is open space towards the sea, all comforts available.

apartment was clean and well maintained. Yannis went out of his way to set us up with transportation from the airport to his apartment. and then again from the apartment to the port for our cruise. Very helpful. would definitely stay here again. lots of stuff to see locally.

Fantastic apartment highly recommended

I had a great time at this apartment in Athens! The location is perfect: in the city center, a short walk to the Metaxourghio metro, while being very quiet and peaceful. The apartment is bright, very well decorated, impeccably clean and perfectly well equipped. Everything is thought out for comfort, including the very comfortable bed and the electric shutters for a restful sleep. Special mention to Kostis, of exceptional kindness: responsive, attentive and really concerned about our well-being. You can feel that the accommodation is maintained with care and love. I would recommend it without hesitation, and I look forward to returning on my next visit to Athens!
