After Acropolis, the pedestrian street Dionysiou Areopagitou will lead you to the amazing Thissio and Monastiraki, where the flea market is. Plaka, our old city, is just in the backside of the Acropolis hill. It is very picturesque, with traditional restaurants and coffee shops.

We had a fabulous stay for 10 days at Venice’s wonderful apartment. We loved the location with lovely restaurants, 2 supermarkets and bakery nearby. The apartment is comfortable, spacious and clean and tidy. Venice was lovely, she responded quickly to my inquiries and met us on checkin which was so nice. She left some milk and an array of snacks, drinks, condiments etc for us to use. We felt right at home and were sad to leave. Koukaki a perfect spot, far enough away from the busy areas of the Plaka etc but easy to walk most places. A metro and buses around the corner. Highly recommended.

We had a great time staying here. The place and its location are perfect for visiting Athens in particular if you are travelling with a baby as we did. The host was very helpful and friendly and the communication was excellent!

Thank you very much for hosting Mirto. He made our first Airbnb experience perfect. The area around the house was safe and within walking distance to important areas and very close to the subway. The house was so clean that it seemed like everything was prepared for us. His communication is very good, the instructions are very neat and he has every scenario, and he is very friendly, he explained every question very well and responded quickly. We'd like to stay at Mirton's house again on our next vacation in Greece.

very nice apartment in a very central area. nicely decorated with lots of amenities. Liroy was polite and answered any questions that I ha dalmost immediately. Only issue is that neighborhood is quite lively with lots of bars and restaurants, so it can get noisy during the night. Besides this, no complaints, I recommend it.

Miltos is also a great host with recommendations on transportation, sites, restaurants and more. Arrived in evening & found entrance was at far end of road which was uphill. Taxis were on strike day we arrived after a 45 minute walk 😢. We should’ve caught the Metro. Keyless entry system worked fine. Wi-Fi worked well. Tried local restaurant the 1st evening, recommended & cheap. Apartment had all amenities except a microwave which we didn’t need. Spotlessly clean & & photos are accurate. Nice complimentary bottle of wine & water on arrival. Jacuzzi on patio was lovely. Text communication with Panagiotis was excellent & he messaged several times to ensure we were OK. Used local metro at bottom of hill which is great to get into central Athens & only €1.20 a journey. Uber is about €7. Breakfast in morning on back patio is lovely as sun rises with distant view of Acropolis. Nice to sit on front balcony at end of day watching sun set. Panagiotis was so helpful with any text communication. Would highly recommend.
