(We only host families/groups of friends of the same sex) *About Our House* •Our highland house, located in the center, is only 2 km from the shopping mall and the bazaar. It is surrounded by nature, peaceful and surrounded by greenery. •We stay in the main building next door, which is shown in the photos. The garden is a communal area. There is private parking in front of the house. •Black pepper and salt are available/oil and laundry detergent are not available. •Floor heating, air conditioning and hot water. •Tap water is well water and is not drinkable.

Our place is designed in the style of a boutique hotel. Every member of our family has put in a lot of effort. At the end of a long and laborious period, a happy and joyful work emerged. Our building has 3 rooms that are entered independently from the stair tower. Each room has its own bathroom, toilet and balcony, and 2 rooms have a mini suite kitchen. The rooms are on the ground floor, 1st Floor and Attic 2nd floor. We also have a room in Bodrum, but we didn't put it on the list We have a pool and a full KITCHEN & dining area by the pool

A peaceful villa in a magnificent nature. You can take a nature walk, consume the fruits in the garden and have a nice time on the patio. Modus Houses (Peaceful Escape in Autumn)

The building was built in 2022. All the furniture has been newly purchased. It is located in the most peaceful area of Marmaris. There is a private oak forest, hiking trail, river and various local restaurants nearby. You can go to İncekum Beach, Boncuk Bay, Akyaka, Marmaris, Cleopatra Island (boat transfer) in 5-15 minutes. We have no parking problems. All our rooms are air-conditioned. We have a large garden and terrace area. You can message us for more information.
