Hotel vacation rentals in Kotayk Province

The place met and exceeded my expectation. Usually I’m a Marriott extended stay traveler but we were traveling in a group of 4 and that wasn’t an option in Yerevan. The 2 bedroom place is older, spacious, well maintained, nicely furnished and clean. The Breakfasts were great and the staff very helpful and attentive. The front desk helped us with transfers, tours and were very understanding even though we kept changing our schedule. They are the concierge service. The location is very central and all of downtown is within walking distance. I will definitely stay here again when traveling to Yerevan.

This was a great experience. My fist time that I was using the abnb, and my host delivered exceptional service and hospitality. I was their with my family for almost a week, and we had two rooms. Rooms were very clean, and very comfortable. We had a great time, and we will go there again if we decide to travel to the same area again.

House of writers at Sevan Lake is an architectural heritage from the first half of XXth century. It is an great example of bauhaus and constructivist type of architecture. Alone this is the reason to stay here. This house is located directly at Sevan Lake, which gives you unbelievable view directly from the balcony. Argam is making sure everything to grant you very warm welcome and comfortable time at his hotel. You should use opportunity and visit the café near the hotel. Food offered here is very delicious!

The hotel is clean and cozy. The room had everything you need for living during the week – a kettle, microwave, iron and a board for ironing. The hostess of the hotel Tatev and the employee Ike are very attentive, immediately responding to any request. Very convenient location for tourists traveling in Armenia by car. Convenient location for radial day trips. Convenient departure from the city by car in all directions (except Tbilisi). At the same time, it is convenient to get to the city center by metro (people who are not accustomed to the Caucasian aggressive driving style, I would recommend minimizing travel by car around the city).

Tatev was a wonderful host she made my first visit to my homeland a wonderful experience. Her place was clean and comfortable. Water was hot. Plumbing worked wonderfully. She was always available and eager to offer help. Even while she was on vacation herself she always responded immediately and was there to answer any questions I had. I can't wait to go back to Armenia and stay in one of her apartments again. Thank you Tatev. Any travelers to Armenia I highly recommend staying at Tatev's apartment's. She is a more than just a person renting a place she is truly concerned with making your visit to Armenia wonderful. My son and I are grateful to her.

The host is very communicative, very responsive, and the service is very attentive.Great location, very close to train, subway station, five minutes walk, convenient transportation, 2 subway stops to Republic Square, surrounded by market and supermarket, worth recommend.

We were a group of people visiting Sevan for business purpose. Hotel Louvre had everything we needed and even more. The host went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. This was our second stay at Louvre, and we will definitely come back. If you need a place to stay in Sevan, don’t look any further. This is THE PLACE!

Spacious clean and very comfortable room. Great breakfast and great staff. Amazing pool and Sauna facilities. Taxi into center around 5 Euros. Highly recommend this hotel. Great facilities and great value for money.

Everything was very good

Enclosed private courtyard in a small street next to a boiling avenue and metro. If it wasn't for the construction nearby, it would be completely quiet inside, but it didn't bother to sleep much. Everything was fine in the apartment itself.

Cozy nice apartment

A charming and cozy space within walking distance of Tsitsernakaberd. Very clean, adding to the overall comfort of my stay. Highly recommended.

Although I did stay for 1 night only, the property and accommodations are amazing! The room was clean and neat upon arrival, and exactly as the images provided. The morning breakfast was really good. The bed was incredibly comfortable, definitely one of the best I've gotten while travelling! Overall, you get what you pay for, and so much more! Definitely, a recommended place, whether you are staying for only a few nights, or are planning a long-term stay.

It is a great place! Location is very convenient, host is kind and room is quite cozy. My strong recommendation!
