The host very friendly and we enjoyed stay this house. It feels like our own home.

Exceptional Host , very understanding and welcoming. Our stay was during the covid19 breakout ; Gary was thoughtful and considerate to give us fair options for us utilize our booking as well as accommodated to the last minute change request for a good value. The house very near to the prime areas , top notch facilities and cleanliness, will definitely book this place for my future visit.

The room has air conditioning in the living room, the community is a little old, but the house is very clean, Nana messages are replied quickly, and the transportation is also convenient .Grab comes directly to the community, it is super convenient, you feel at home in the trip, Sabah is a good place to play with the water, I will stay at Nana's homestay next time I have the opportunity to stay at Nana's homestay.

This is our 2nd time staying in this unit, first time was a year ago, I would say unit is as good as before, very well maintained. Unit is v spacious and clean, good for families. Will book again if I visit KK. Thank you

A quite comfortable homestay..

My family enjoyed the place, big enough for 5 adults, perfect location with a great view too. And if we return we will definitely book this unit again. Bibi was respectful and easy to communicate and she went the extra mile to meet us downstairs and bring us up.

Paul is an excellent host and waited late in the evening to check us in. The apartment is very clean and spacious. The view is marvelous, seeing the ocean and the pool. All equipment is in good function although the water pressure is a bit low for the shower. Wonderful location next to the center and all restaurants and shops.

Great welcome, good explanations, very nice and friendly person. Effective in every way, she took the time to explain the clean and well kept accommodation thank you deserves the great host 😉

It was so convenient to know how to connect to Imago Mall. 3 rooms and 2.5 toilets were easy for 6 people to use, and the kitchen was working well for 6 people. The towels were enough to be washed and used with large towels. I asked the host to pick up and drop off, so I used it cheaply, and it was so kind.

She's a very bright person. Kah Li is my savior too cuz my sister left her wallet after checking out from the homestay and she messaged me to collect the wallet b4 flying back. I'm very grateful towards her and for her kindness. You'll not regret if you choose her homestay as your accommodation while visiting Sabah. Thank you, Kah Li ❣️.

Great place to stay. I book 2 unit at residence 1 and 2, but they switch 1 of my unit to another unit without inform us. But they return money as compensation and we love that unit. Overall very recommended to stay, near to airport and others facilities.

The host was very friendly and attentive. My suggestion was to replace the kitchen utensil and clean the spiderwebs near the staircase. But the place is amazing!! Very big space for full family. Our bbq experience was amazing! Everything was provided and very close to nearby store/supermarket/diy/etc.

Beautiful home with amazing seaview

Sylvia was an excellent host, super responsive and helpful. My sister and I stayed for 3 weeks visiting family. Location was excellent, lots of restaurants and shopping nearby, all very walkable. The apartment was clean and we were able to arrange for additional cleaning each week. Having a washer was also a reason we chose Sylvia’s Airbnb, especially since we were staying for a few weeks. Thank goodness the beds were comfortable, medium firm, which is how we prefer them. There’s an incredible rooftop pool, but it does get quite busy at times. The gym itself is underwhelming and really not that great. Wi-Fi was excellent, no issues. Overall, we had a lovely stay here, and we hope to be back again. Thank you so much for everything, Sylvia!

We had a great stay. Clean & spacious place. Very convenient as there is direct access to the mall from condo lift. Just first time it's confusing to locate the mall entrance. Host is very responsive and able to guide us very fast. We enjoy our stay very much.

Rose and Terry’s place was absolutely stunning and we felt right at home. From booking our stay to the moment we left Rose was extremely accommodating. The choice to have breakfasts, lunches and dinner at the property was also super helpful … and delicious! We would definitely like to return in the future 🤞❤️

its my second time here..same spot. Strategic for a quick visit in KK..it will be easier if u take grab to go around but if u hv car it will be quite a hassle since the area is popular with traffic jam. Easy to find place to eat downstairs , tapau and eat in. Howsver, i hope the owner can provide house slippers since the floor can be very cold at night.

The unit is big, cosy and comfortable. The location is good, walking distance to many entries and few minutes drive to the morning market.

I will choose nana homestsay for my next vacation at kota kinabalu
