There is a housekeeper at the counter 24 hours, there is no problem with checking out in the morning, there are daily necessities in the room, there is still a housekeeper to clean and replenish supplies for the second night, it is a place where you can choose to stay when traveling to Sabah

its my second time here..same spot. Strategic for a quick visit in KK..it will be easier if u take grab to go around but if u hv car it will be quite a hassle since the area is popular with traffic jam. Easy to find place to eat downstairs , tapau and eat in. Howsver, i hope the owner can provide house slippers since the floor can be very cold at night.

5-minute walk to E-Mart Mall There are many cost-effective restaurants on the first floor Jjecelton Point and the night market are also great to visit. The host, in the event of a minor problem Always trying to handle things quickly and actively We're working on it. The space is spacious and for a family of four to use Sounds good The infinity pool on the 11th floor is also great for playing with the kids. I recommend it as a great value for the money.

The room environment was very good, the things in the room were very complete. Even the laundry detergent in the washing machine was added. The host also prepared a few small hand letters as a gift at check-in. When I asked the host every time I asked the host, I was able to get a prompt response. The first day I arrived at 3 o'clock in the morning, the host was always waiting.There is a swimming pool in the apartment, you can watch the sunset when you lie in bed, there are four shopping malls within 1km, Gaya Street is also not far behind, in general it is a great experience

The unit is so clean and have a lot amenities. The host is very helpful and responsive. Tips for next customer, please avoid checking out during peak hours, otherwise you'll waste a lot of time waiting for the elevator.

Even though I didn't request it, the friendly owner picked me up at the airport, so I was thankful that you picked up a lot of luggage! I had a comfortable stay with my daughter for over a week and made good memories ~ I was impressed because you took care of the chocolate and our daughter's sweets as welcome food, and that you took care of the pepper paste and our daughter's jetty. It was a well secured apartment, so both me and my daughter stayed worry-free, and the microwave was broken, but it took a long time to repair, so I just bought a small rice cooker locally and ate it every time. The pool was also used well every day, and I was satisfied that my daughter had a comfortable time!!! The owner is always healthy ^ ^

It was our family's first time staying at ITCC, and our experience at Marvel's Penthouse was truly unforgettable. The penthouse was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only minor issue was the limited parking space, which couldn’t quite accommodate the high number of visitors during the Kaamatan holiday. However, I would highly recommend Marvel's Penthouse, especially for families or groups looking for a spacious and well-maintained place to stay.

The location of the accommodation is right next to the main gate where Sunday Market is held every Sunday, and there is a pharmacy and orange convenience store just below. In the back of the house is Gaya Street, where there are Yu-itcheong, Ifeng Laksa, and Old Town coffee shops. There are KK Plaza, Filipino Market, within 10 minutes walking distance, and it is enough to walk around. The entire building where the accommodation is located is managed separately by a nearby hotel The communication was fast, and the accommodation was very clean because it was hotel-style bedding. The peculiarity is the duplex structure, and there is an attic on the second floor, where there is a space for two people to sleep if you put a mattress separately, and it is quite spacious. The living room was also spacious and enough for our family of 4 to stay. Each room has a sour room with two ligaments, and there is an additional space for only the bathroom behind the kitchen. There are also plenty of towels in the kitchen. There are plenty of electric range, water purifier, microwave, frying pan, pots, knives, spoons, forks, bowls, bowls, rice bowls, and water cups, but there are no chopsticks and rice cookers. There are no separate slippers in the room and bathroom. The internet is very fast and I liked that there was a terrestrial and part of our country's terrestrial and partial flavors on the TV. Lastly, please note that durian, mangosteen, and jackpoo are not allowed in the accommodation.

Great place to stay that's near to the airport

The location is convenient to Gaja Street, Chestton Wharf, and basically all within walking distance.Around to eat and everything is sourced.The room is clean and fully furnished.Perfect for families traveling.Double bathrooms are also crowded.Super satisfied with the room this time.

Extremely good find, spacious room at great value. Had a comfortable stay for 3 nights, room had minimal noise and curtains were blacked out. 2 aircond installed in the room means it was very comfortable during the day. Fresh sheets and towels, functional water kettle and iron provided. Public hotel parking was available for RM 4/entry which was very convenient. Don't expect luxury but highly recommend, great value for the price.
