Exceptional Host , very understanding and welcoming. Our stay was during the covid19 breakout ; Gary was thoughtful and considerate to give us fair options for us utilize our booking as well as accommodated to the last minute change request for a good value. The house very near to the prime areas , top notch facilities and cleanliness, will definitely book this place for my future visit.

房間客廳都有空調,社區雖然有點年紀,但屋內都整理得很乾淨,Nana訊息回復很快,交通也很方便.Grab直接到社區裡面來,超方便,在旅行中有家的感覺,沙巴是個玩水的好地方,下次有機會還會住Nana的民宿

This is our 2nd time staying in this unit, first time was a year ago, I would say unit is as good as before, very well maintained. Unit is v spacious and clean, good for families. Will book again if I visit KK. Thank you

My family enjoyed the place, big enough for 5 adults, perfect location with a great view too. And if we return we will definitely book this unit again. Bibi was respectful and easy to communicate and she went the extra mile to meet us downstairs and bring us up.

Paul is an excellent host and waited late in the evening to check us in. The apartment is very clean and spacious. The view is marvelous, seeing the ocean and the pool. All equipment is in good function although the water pressure is a bit low for the shower. Wonderful location next to the center and all restaurants and shops.

The apartment is on the ground floor facing the pool. Great location within the resort. Check in is through the resort desk. Resort is big and fully staffed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Short 30 minutes drive to town - inexpensive using Grab (like Uber) Restaurant at resort is very good - good buffet as well as a la carte for all meals. Room service is available. Very big rooms and bathrooms. Wifi toggle obtained through hotel reception (no cost) was very good and served us well. Highly highly recommended.

이마고몰과 연결되는 길을 알게 되어서 넘 편리하게 이용했어요. 방3개와 화장실 2.5개는 6명이 사용하기 편리했고 주방기기도 잘 작동했어요. 수건이 큰타올로 세탁하면서 사용하기에 충분했어요. 호스트에게 픽업과 드롭을 요청해서 저렴하게 이용했고 넘 친절했어요.

She's a very bright person. Kah Li is my savior too cuz my sister left her wallet after checking out from the homestay and she messaged me to collect the wallet b4 flying back. I'm very grateful towards her and for her kindness. You'll not regret if you choose her homestay as your accommodation while visiting Sabah. Thank you, Kah Li ❣️.

We really enjoyed the stay. It's extremely convenient to the city and everything is walkable. Great if you don't have transportation. We loved the decor and 'old feel' of the place. Having the El Centro restaurant just below with a discount for guests is an even bigger bonus as the food is great and they are serving IPA now!

Great place to stay. I book 2 unit at residence 1 and 2, but they switch 1 of my unit to another unit without inform us. But they return money as compensation and we love that unit. Overall very recommended to stay, near to airport and others facilities.

Sylvia was an excellent host, super responsive and helpful. My sister and I stayed for 3 weeks visiting family. Location was excellent, lots of restaurants and shopping nearby, all very walkable. The apartment was clean and we were able to arrange for additional cleaning each week. Having a washer was also a reason we chose Sylvia’s Airbnb, especially since we were staying for a few weeks. Thank goodness the beds were comfortable, medium firm, which is how we prefer them. There’s an incredible rooftop pool, but it does get quite busy at times. The gym itself is underwhelming and really not that great. Wi-Fi was excellent, no issues. Overall, we had a lovely stay here, and we hope to be back again. Thank you so much for everything, Sylvia!

We had a great stay. Clean & spacious place. Very convenient as there is direct access to the mall from condo lift. Just first time it's confusing to locate the mall entrance. Host is very responsive and able to guide us very fast. We enjoy our stay very much.

地址离机场很近，周边配套齐全，步行到夜市，市场很近，周边还有imago商场，吃的也多。房东信息回复很及时，钥匙放置的地方特别好找。安保很好，二个卫生间太适合我们四个了，性价比很高

The location is good. Not far from the city, the view is nice. The apartment is new with nice design. The best thing is the washing machine, you can dry your clothes after playing water activities. Not many people live in the building, so you can have a private swimming pool to yourselves. There is an orange shop in the lobby and it opens 24 hours. Great

Rose and Terry’s place was absolutely stunning and we felt right at home. From booking our stay to the moment we left Rose was extremely accommodating. The choice to have breakfasts, lunches and dinner at the property was also super helpful … and delicious! We would definitely like to return in the future 🤞❤️

its my second time here..same spot. Strategic for a quick visit in KK..it will be easier if u take grab to go around but if u hv car it will be quite a hassle since the area is popular with traffic jam. Easy to find place to eat downstairs , tapau and eat in. Howsver, i hope the owner can provide house slippers since the floor can be very cold at night.

The unit is big, cosy and comfortable. The location is good, walking distance to many entries and few minutes drive to the morning market.
