Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature on the outskirts of Salzburg. 75 sqm loft apartment built in 2023 on the organic farm "Edtgut" farm! Cozy and modern, newly built! A private sunny roof terrace with 2 sun loungers and a dining table for 4 people! Bathroom with shower, freestanding bathtub, large kitchen island fully equipped, 2.40 m king size bed and a pull-out 1.80 m sofa bed are located in the open living room! The toilet and storage room are separate rooms!

Area is very rural, apartment is located in the attic (2nd floor), quiet, undisturbed. Surrounded by farms and lots of forest, you can relax near Salzburg and still be immediately in the center of the action by car. Supermarkets are within easy reach, the Wallersee within sight. Ideal as a starting point for swimming and hiking and exploring Salzburg. The Salzkammergut, Hallstatt and the Königssee are also quick to reach. Also easy to do with public transport.

A box spring bed, a modern kitchen and a comfortable sofa ensure a perfect holiday feeling.

Brand new ground-level 100 m² designer villa, adjacent to the Salzburg Lake District with pool, garden shower and mountain view. 5 - 15 minutes by car to 4 different lakes. 25 minutes by car to the festival city of Salzburg with all its highlights. The house is located in a small residential development with some houses and lots of greenery, meadows and forests in the immediate vicinity. There are four parking spaces right on the property.

Our chalet in the orchard offers the ideal conditions for a relaxing and restful as well as eventful vacation. Whether a family vacation is on the agenda, you just want to enjoy the peace and sun or want to be really active in sports: everyone gets their money's worth with us! We are Bernadette and Sebastian from Aicherhof and are looking forward to having you here with us and giving you a little insight into our diverse everyday life!

Apartment in Nußdorf am Haunsberg

Apartment (attention: without a kitchen) with separate entrance in a tranquil, quiet village You have your own bathroom and a separate toilet, can share the garden and its seating and there is also the possibility to book breakfast. In the room you will find a coffee maker, fridge, small selection of dishes for all occasions and a mini oven. The dining area with two chairs can also be used as a workplace.

Old town Salzburg

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!

Central, sunny accommodation

The 1-room apartment is located on the 1st floor of a house as a residential unit with a bedroom/living room, mini kitchen, bathroom (shower, bathtub and toilet), as well as a terrace with magnificent mountain views. My place is in the Seelentium region (Ibmer Moor and lake). Salzburg (37 km), Burghausen (19 km) and Braunau (25 km) are nearby. My place is good for solo travelers.
