The "Schlössle", a former 4* hotel, is located in the immediate vicinity of the town square, centrally located but still very quiet. The apartment (approx. 75 sqm) is on the ground floor. The parking space is right next to the main entrance. The living room and bedroom have floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies facing south. The balconies (20 sqm) invite you to sunbathe, eat and enjoy the fantastic view over the Rotttal, with a view of the mountains when the weather is nice.

The apartment is designed with the 140cm bed for two people and in the modern kitchen, in addition to a hob, there is also a coffee machine, an electric kettle and a microwave. On nice days, the valuable hours of life can also be spent on the sunny balcony. The apartment is centrally located in Bad Griesbach only a short distance (about 5 minutes) from the Kurplatz and Kurpark (Kneipptrettbecken, ...).

The spacious apartment was equipped with everything - and more - what we could need for our holiday. Everything has been recently renovated and furnished, with a very special eye for helpful touches. Comfortable, large beds, cozy sofa, underfloor heating, TV with Netflix and co, a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances at home, and much more. This apartment is perfect for a longer stay, or even a couple /larger group / families. Especially for small children, extra care was given, the hosts know each other well: Absolutely all sockets are, for example, out of reach of small hands at a comfortable adult height. The hosts are also very nice and helpful. If you want, you can also visit a small pottery workshop in the same house during the holiday! We'll give that a try next time for sure. Highlights in the area: quiet location, garden and only six spas in the area!

We stayed with Ms. Elisabeth for the first time and only for one night, but it was immediately clear that she is an excellent and hard-working host! With a lot of humor and always in a good mood! We felt very comfortable with her! We have no comments on the apartments. Everything is like home! 10 minutes from the village there is a wonderful supermarket "Kaufland" and even shops with international (Russian, Polish, etc. products and goods).

A big thank you to Anna for the kindness of her welcome. We enjoyed the relaxing calm of the house after a long drive and only regret that we were unable to stay longer. Cleanliness is impeccable and everything you need is built in. The related GPS map is very useful (it's better to use it on arrival rather than enter the address on your GPS because many lanes are mentioned inaccessible because of the current work, but are in fact drivable.) Great modern place. Immaculate! Lots of room. Awesome shower, big fluffy towels. Kitchen was well equipped. Besides the table there was also a desk. Unique wall art. All the area information was provided by my host. The internet worked great and parking was right out front. The bus to the Thermes stopped right out front. I got to pet his sweet dog. There was never any loud noice, so between running around I had a good rest. The building was amazing, with the arched doorways and ceilings. The walls where about 2 feet thick, would have liked to know the history of the farm.
