The apartment was just like in the pictures – clean, cozy and equipped with everything you need. The absolute highlight: the balcony with direct sea view – simply fantastic! The location was quiet and great for unwinding. The hosts were incredibly nice and accommodating, we felt completely comfortable from the first moment. We can only recommend the apartment!

The studio was tidy and nice, matching the description and with the necessary tools. It's good for 2 people. The light and sound isolation was maybe not perfect, but Goran quickly provided us with a solution. The communication was always good and easy ! The neighbourhood is nice for calm holidays and it's good if you have a car to explore further away.

We loved everything about our stay in this beautiful property. It is built and furnished so thoughtful and aesthetic and we all felt that this space radiated such a calm energy. It is perfect to switch off and fully enjoy time offgrid whilst being provided with everything you might possibly need and feel very much at home. The garden, patio and pool are super big and are amazing to spend a looot of time. And last but not least: Vladimir and his parents were incredibly kind hosts and took very sweet care of us which made the stay extra special. Thanks a lot!

Absolutely recommended! The garden and direct access to the sea are a dream, inviting you to swim and walk (or jog) by the water. Everything was very clean and the linens and sofa cushions smelled particularly fresh. Dubravka is warm and uncomplicated. With the passenger ferry you can visit Zadar and other islands. With the car ferry you can visit national parks on the mainland, but the island also gives you enough options to relax, eat and hike. You definitely need a car. We had a great vacation!

Anita and her family are very friendly and helpful. The house is very nice and modernly furnished. It offers enough space indoors and outdoors with seating and lounging options. Only in the bathroom there is a lack of storage space and towel racks. The kitchen is well equipped. The garden and pool are large and clean. We were there at the beginning of June, at a time when construction was still allowed. There are some construction sites in the immediate vicinity, so there was noise. When the work was finished, it was quiet and we could enjoy this time. All in all, it was a nice vacation and we will come back.

The place was great. The beach was fantastic, the pool was good, but unfortunately the lady who is probably responsible for the bar there was very rude. Children were not allowed to play in the pool, also communication with the lady who monitored the whole thing was not possible because she didn't understand a word of English. The only language that understands the fun brake is coratic. I correct you master the word no in english. Other visitors felt the same way. Otherwise, you can definitely recommend the accommodation.

Matija was an exemplary host. Everything was superb from start to finish. We loved the quiet location but with such easy access to old Zadar. The pool was perfect, beautiful villa, super clean, everything provided. Sad to leave. Highly recommended

Had a great stay at Lidija's! She was incredibly helpful, responded super quickly to any questions, and asked regularly if everything was okay – really an excellent host service. The house itself was perfectly equipped: a fully equipped kitchen, bikes, a shuttlecock set, a pool and even a hot tub – we didn't miss anything. A small downside: The wifi on the upper floor was a bit weak. On the ground floor and outside, on the other hand, it ran flawlessly with up to 250 Mbps – so absolutely sufficient. Overall a completely successful stay. Thank you Lidija!

Sanja’s beautiful cottage is like little Oasis. Private, with fully fenced garden, terrace, swimming pool and the house itself is just a gem. The hosts are very kind and welcoming and we enjoyed every minute. Zadar, Split and Krka Nature Park are easy to reach by car. If you are looking for a stay in the area - this is the place! 💎

All in all, perfect, also that we were allowed to check in a little earlier. We can only recommend it.

It was an unforgettable holiday with our friends. The space was spotless, except for a few small things, e.g. the stove top simply turned off on its own during cooking. Unfortunately, you could no longer turn it on for 10 minutes. The fridge outside would have to be defrosted again and the codes for door and gate could have been passed on earlier. The outdoor area was fantastic, especially the outdoor kitchen and fire pit. Essentially, it was great. We will be happy to come back!

A big thank you to our hosts: available including to welcome us at 1:30 a.m. due to a plane delay, all with a delicious platter of cold cuts very welcome. Responsive hosts to answer any questions we had and very accommodating. Accommodation in perfect condition with very good services: as good as or better than the photos. All amenities are in abundance. No neighbors or opposite neighbors: ideal for the FKK pool... Ideal location for all visits with lots of things to do and see within an hour's drive. Don't go to the national parks (Krka and Plivitce), it's a tourist trap: €40/person to hike on a landscaped path) that you can't leave, no swimming and crowds...If you want to see beautiful gorges and swim for free in beautiful pools and waterfalls go to Omis Cetina river on the other side of Split An excellent stay for us at the villa storia

Our stay in this idyllic location was absolutely wonderful. The villa was pristine and the breathtaking views really made this trip unforgettable. On top of everything else Danijela was a lovely, welcoming and responsive host. We really appreciated all her efforts to make our stay as easy as possible. I would recommend this place to anyone. You'll have a great time.

The accommodation is in a very quiet environment, in the mountains, away from the noises of the coast while being reasonably accessible by car. We spent three nights, and each day was busy with the surrounding activities. What a pleasure to find peace and quiet in the evening! The apartment is very well equipped, designed for practical use: clothes rack, small outdoor lounge, deckchairs... and inside, well-equipped kitchen, small but sufficient bathroom. The whole house is extremely clean, and the linens provided are of good quality. But the most pleasant is this feeling of arriving at the home of friends: small touches are arranged: candies, cookies, cold drinks, and as a gift, a bottle of aperitif wine and galettes! In addition, Anita's mother-in-law who welcomed us is very friendly, while being very discreet. Really, I recommend it 100% for everything!!

Marina and her husband have created a little gem here. It was a very friendly welcome. Everything we needed to know was explained to us. The mobile home is well equipped. In the kitchen there is everything you need. The living and sleeping area leaves nothing to be desired. The terrace offers an magnificent view of the sea. Rest is the program here, at least in the time we were there. A dream come true for dogs. The beach and the surrounding area offer enough space for the four-legged friends. Marina and her husband were always available, and also right there. In Privlaka itself there are many good restaurants and a good ice cream parlor. Vir and Nin are just around the corner. And to Zadar you need about 20-30 minutes, depending on the traffic there. For us, it was a dream vacation. We found a small home away from home for us. And will come back next time. We enjoyed the stay very much, the apartment was great and completely sufficient for the stay. Slavka+ family were totally hospitable and very helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone and would love to vacation there again and again. :)

My wife and I stayed at Anja's and had a great time! Since our arrival, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality, especially by Anja's grandmother, who was very sweet. Despite a few small initial moments of embarrassment and some communication difficulties, we were immediately able to feel comfortable. Anja's grandmother went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and every little gesture made us understand how much she cared about our comfort. The place was cozy and well cared for, perfect for a relaxing getaway. We highly recommend this experience to those looking for an authentic and familiar stay. We had a wonderful one-night stay at this cozy, beautifully renovated house that perfectly complemented the stunning landscape. The views were breathtaking, and we only wished we could have stayed longer! The hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive, making communication a breeze. The location was peaceful and private, with everything we needed provided in the house. Free parking was a great bonus. Highly recommend!
