In the immediate vicinity are some restaurants and shops as well as the train station. On approx. 70 m², a tastefully furnished two-room apartment with balcony awaits its guests. In front of the house there is a free parking space. The location also offers an ideal starting point for hiking and biking excursions to the island's hinterland and the Achterwasser.

In about 10 minutes walk through the beautiful beech forest you can reach the beach. The town center can also be reached quickly and easily. An ideal retreat for families who want to enjoy peace, nature and sea air. The apartment can accommodate 4 people; in addition, a children's travel cot can be provided. The direct access to the garden and the sunny terrace invite you to linger – especially in summer a highlight.

Haus Ilsenburg is a simple but comfortable holiday cottage close to the beach at Koserow on Usedom. It's ideal for relaxed family holidays, quiet couple time or activity holidays. The beautiful Steilküste and it's long sandy beaches is 15 minutes walk away, along quiet wooded trails.

Welcome to the "Hafenidyll" on the Peenestrom directly on the harbor Rankwitz with its own water access. It sleeps 10 people in four bedrooms. In addition, an isolated and renovated construction trailer is available as an adventurous sleeping option for another 4 people in the garden. The living room with fireplace, the master bedroom and the kitchen with terrace face the water. There is also a sauna, a playground and a swimming area in the garden of the property.

Cottage Benz, Usedom

Wunderschoenes Cottage in Benz auf Usedom. Perfekter Ort um in Ruhe Ferien zu verbringen. Benz ist von der Ostsee 5km entfernt und einfach mit dem Fahrrad /Auto oder zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Cottage ist das letzte in einer Reihe von 7 Ferienhäusern, welches am Waldesrand gelegen ist. Traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge inklusive. Die komplett Sanierung/Modernisierung wurde im Juli 2022 fertig gestellt und das Haus steht seitdem ganzjährig zum Mieten zu Verfügung.
