The living room with fireplace, the master bedroom and the kitchen with terrace face the water. There is also a sauna, a playground and a swimming area in the garden of the property.

Our cozy apartment is located only 200m from the beach in the quiet family resort of Koserow on Usedom. The apartment is located in a well-maintained old building from the time of the imperial baths and impresses with its special charm. Since we have children ourselves and the weather on the Baltic Sea can sometimes be rainy, we have equipped our apartment with various board games, children's books and toys, as well as a small vacation library for parents.

Er verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer, einem Wohnzimmer mit Tv, einer Küche, unter anderem mit Spülmaschine Herd mit Backofen und Kühlschrank. Es gibt einen Essbereich und ein Bad mit Dusche. Im Garten befindet sich eine Terrasse Der Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Bungalow. Die Endreinigung erfolgt über einen Dienstleister , Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind nicht enthalten.

The apartment is centrally located in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Koserow. All shops, cafes, restaurants, the new pier and the beach (about 600 m) are within walking distance. The combined living & kitchen area invites you to linger with a view of the countryside. Parking is available right at the property. The Usedom bike hiking trail is a minute away and is complemented by the nature reserve around the Streckelsberg!

We recommend the modern 30 m² apartment for 2 people with a child or 3 adults. However, it has a sofa bed and a guest bed, which can increase the occupancy by 1 person (on request). You can expect your own kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a living/sleeping area. The living area with its sofa bed and TV area offers enough space to enjoy relaxing evenings. The sleeping area is equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe.

A few years ago, I bought the house with a large orchard meadow, pond and old barn in the middle of the countryside. Since then, I have lived here with my dog, 5 sheep and a few chickens. The rental income helps us to further develop the farm. This year, a cat from the animal shelter also moved into the barn. That's why I can no longer allow dogs in principle. Feel free to write if you want to bring your dog.
