Our wonderful Swedish house, lovingly called Birka, is ideal for families, with parents and grandparents, but also ideal for friendly couples. 2 separately usable living areas on the first floor/attic with 1 bathroom each are ideal for this. It is quietly located in a vacation home settlement, surrounded by birches, with reduced traffic. The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun.

Less than 200 m from the fine Baltic Sea beach is our lovingly furnished 2.5-room old building apartment (62 m²) in the typical spa style – in the middle of the charming village of Koserow on Usedom. An ideal retreat for families who want to enjoy peace, nature and sea air. The apartment can accommodate 4 people; in addition, a children's travel cot can be provided. The direct access to the garden and the sunny terrace invite you to linger – especially in summer a highlight.

Our cozy apartment is located only 200m from the beach in the quiet family resort of Koserow on Usedom. The apartment is located in a well-maintained old building from the time of the imperial baths and impresses with its special charm. Since we have children ourselves and the weather on the Baltic Sea can sometimes be rainy, we have equipped our apartment with various board games, children's books and toys, as well as a small vacation library for parents.

The holiday apartment Meereskind Usedom in Kölpinsee is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free holiday with your loved ones. The 67 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The apartment is centrally located in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Koserow. All shops, cafes, restaurants, the new pier and the beach (about 600 m) are within walking distance. The combined living & kitchen area invites you to linger with a view of the countryside. Parking is available right at the property. The Usedom bike hiking trail is a minute away and is complemented by the nature reserve around the Streckelsberg!

FeWo Ostseeglück in Karlshagen, Usedom Island

We recommend the modern 30 m² apartment for 2 people with a child or 3 adults. However, it has a sofa bed and a guest bed, which can increase the occupancy by 1 person (on request). You can expect your own kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a living/sleeping area. The living area with its sofa bed and TV area offers enough space to enjoy relaxing evenings. The sleeping area is equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe.
