Our wonderful Swedish house, lovingly called Birka, is ideal for families, with parents and grandparents, but also ideal for friendly couples. 2 separately usable living areas on the first floor/attic with 1 bathroom each are ideal for this. It is quietly located in a vacation home settlement, surrounded by birches, with reduced traffic. The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun.

An ideal retreat for families who want to enjoy peace, nature and sea air. The apartment can optimally accommodate 4 people; there is also a guest bed and a travel cot. The direct access to the garden and the sunny terrace invite you to linger – a highlight, especially in the summer.

In about 10 minutes walk through the beautiful beech forest you can reach the beach. The town center can also be reached quickly and easily. Relax on the terrace and enjoy the most beautiful days of the year. Thanks to Wi-Fi, you can stay in touch with your loved ones or plan your excursions in the picturesque surroundings.

Haus Ilsenburg is a simple but comfortable holiday cottage close to the beach at Koserow on Usedom. It's ideal for relaxed family holidays, quiet couple time or activity holidays. Welcome to the "Hafenidyll" on the Peenestrom directly on the harbor Rankwitz with its own water access. It sleeps 10 people in four bedrooms. In addition, an isolated and renovated construction trailer is available as an adventurous sleeping option for another 4 people in the garden. The living room with fireplace, the master bedroom and the kitchen with terrace face the water. There is also a sauna, a playground and a swimming area in the garden of the property.

Our cozy apartment is located only 200m from the beach in the quiet family resort of Koserow on Usedom. The apartment is located in a well-maintained old building from the time of the imperial baths and impresses with its special charm. Since we have children ourselves and the weather on the Baltic Sea can sometimes be rainy, we have equipped our apartment with various board games, children's books and toys, as well as a small vacation library for parents.
