The appartment is on the basement floor of an ancient house built before the turn of the 19th century (1884), with the original doors and windows and in one room a decorated ceiling. It is located in the little centre of Kritzendorf between Vienna and Tulln. You are not far away from the danube and the nearby meadowy woods. The famous Strombad - a bathing area along the river - is a 10minutes walk away. Vienna is easily reached via train in 20-30 min.

Lovely stay, very cute cats and great neighbourhood. Would definitely recommend. Lots of coffee bars, lunch and dinner places in the area. Super cosy and quiet appartment. Cats are very sweet and cuddly and great to take care of.

Quiet, cozy, small garden house with a piano, a guitar and an oud and overall good amenities (dishwasher, hotplate, TV, Wi-Fi, etc.)! Strombad Kritzendorf is within walking distance, and Museum Gugging can be reached via a beautiful walking/hiking route. Very dear host who responds quickly and helpfully. When arriving, note that there are two instances of the same street name in the area. So, it's best to enter the address with the correct zip code in the navigation system. :)

Sheila is a wonderful host. Absolutely preferred. The house is as complete as it shows. Friendly and easy to talk to. Although the neighborhood where the house is located is not very close to Vienna, it is a peaceful place half an hour away. The view from the balcony is great. We really liked staying in this property. ☺️ Maria was a great host, fast and pleasant communication, she sent us timely and clear instructions to the property and how to enter the property. Everything is as in the pictures, we especially liked the small but very pleasant terrace. There were other apartments around us with other guests who did not really respect the house rules in the building (loud music after 10 pm), but the apartment was very well soundproofed so we did not hear the neighbors inside at all. The location is great, a few minutes walk from the building there are many restaurants and a large shopping center.

Very clean and tidy. A little far out of the city so if you want to walk, bear that in mind. Easy to reach via public transport though which is a bonus. Katalin was very friendly and helpful throughout. Because it’s in the suburbs it is a bit more peaceful and less noisy so that’s also good! I would have liked a kettle but managed to boil water in a pan to make tea. Overall, I’d recommend it is as somewhere to stay.

We were absolutely delighted! Everything was so beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully arranged down to the smallest detail — you can really tell that the place was designed with the comfort of guests in mind. We had such a great time: grilled some delicious barbecue, enjoyed the peaceful surroundings, and the kids had a blast swimming in the pool. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and fun. We’d love to come back again!

We were particularly pleased with the sweet attention to Easter that the hostess put at our door – such a beautiful gesture that made our stay even more special. We were welcomed by Eli in a very friendly manner. As a little attention, there was also a prosecco. The apartment is even nicer than in the pictures. The high ceilings are really impressive and the bathroom and kitchen are top modern. The location is great for exploring Vienna. The bus stop is only 5 min away. At night it was very quiet. Parking was no problem on the street and free. We would come back!
