WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE AT OUR PLACE On the ground floor of the cottage, there's a large room - we call it the kitchen, but it's much more than just a kitchen! It's a place where you can all gather around a big table or relax on the couch with a book. Kids can explore what's hidden in the chest and drawers... we don't mind. In fact, we've prepared something for them in there. Where You'll Sleep You can lay down in one of the three rooms in the cottage. In the bedroom, in the little room, or in the larger room. The bedroom has a double bed, the little room has three single beds, and in the last room, there's a double bed and a fold-out single bed. We can accommodate up to 9 guests. The cottage comes with a large garden (1200 m2) where you can relax during the day, have lunch in the fresh air under the garden gazebo, light a fire in the evening, and end it all with a sauna! The pool is available for guests from June to September. The sauna is in the garden gazebo, which also features outdoor seating and an indoor relaxation area where you can lie down after the sauna. You can cool off either in the stream behind the sauna or in the bathroom. The cottage is heated by electric. However, you can also light the fireplace, which distributes heat to all the radiators. Firewood for the fireplace is outside in the woodshed, which is open for you!

The unique, newly renovated duplex apartment is part of the Chata Pod Desenským vrchem cottage, located in a semi-secluded area near the forest. The surrounding nature and privacy will provide you with an ideal environment for rest and relaxation, as well as sports experiences. Directly from the cottage you can go on a bike trip, a hike, in winter you can go cross-country skiing or go skiing. Within the large garden, there is a seating area with a grill and a fireplace. There is also a children's playground. Come and experience the unique atmosphere of our cottage and the surrounding nature.

This cozy cottage is located in the middle of the woods, surrounded by greenery, and offers stunning views from every room. Enjoy relaxing in the outdoor seating area and make use of the grill and firepit, all within the privacy of a large, fenced property. Ideal for relaxation or as a starting point for sports activities and excursions into the surrounding area. In addition, it offers excellent transport accessibility. Our cozy cottage is located in the middle of the Jizera Mountains. It is suitable for both a group of people and families with children. It accommodates 8 guests. Everything is furnished for maximum rest and relaxation. The cottage is fully equipped from the kitchen to the children's corner. Under the pergola there is an outdoor seating, sauna and ice shower. Ski resorts are located in close proximity to the house. In summer, we recommend walks along beautiful bike paths. We have a loom for children in the cottage.

The cottage is located in the picturesque part of the village Kořenov - Příchovice and its location offers peaceful relaxation and an active vacation. The cottage has the possibility of accommodation for 1 to 6 people in 3 bedrooms. In winter, its location will be appreciated by ski lovers who can use the adjacent ski areas or countless cross-country skiing trails with connections to the Jizera Highway. In the summer, the area is searched for tourists and cyclists who use the comfortable drifting track.

Skog is modern apartment designed in a minimalist Scandi style, using mostly natural materials in the interior. It has about 70m2 and includes 2 separate bedrooms. One is in the attic with lower ceiling. A spacious terrace belongs to the apartment. It is situated in the neighbourhood with some other built houses in similar style within walking distance to the centre. Mumlava waterfall is only 10mins forrest walk. 007 building (gym and squash centre) is being renovated from 07/2025 to 05/2026.
