The hosts were very nice and helpful, always available! Gave great tips about the surroundings. The house was so unique. The terrace, with charcoal grill and adjoining kitchen, was our favorite place to eat, sitting together until the evening. So many entertainment options: pool, spa area with sauna and hot tub. Large speaker box for music, table tennis and and and. Plenty of space for large groups. We had a great time, would be happy to come back and can definitely recommend it! Best regards from Vienna!

This house is simply beautiful & we had a fantastic 10 nights here with my partner and our two children (ages 13 & 6) in August 2024. We absolutely loved how beautifully presented the house was and the attention to detail from the host Monika & Varan was unforgettable. The decor was spectacular We would have loved air conditioning both upstairs and downstairs (it is currently downstairs only) but the fans upstairs did help with the hot nights. The privacy of the place is priceless and it’s proximity to nearby town Bjelovar (approx 8-10 mins by car) is incredibly handy for groceries and delicious restaurants. We absolutely loved lazing by the pool , looking over the enormous garden that the house has and surrounded by nature. It’s simply a beautiful place. The house we stayed in was beautiful,beautifully decorated in style in a quiet environment to rest your soul and body. The jacuzzi and sauna were clean, we were greeted by a warm house, and everything was super clean and tidy. Mrs. Stefica was prompt,very helpful and clear with instructions in her communication. We had a great time and would love to come back again.

We considered ourselves very fortunate to find this place. We encounterd some issues traveling to Romania and had to change our plans suddenly. This place was very high end, nice furnishings, appliances and very clean. The owners did a great job with their renovations. The pictures accurately reflected the property. We brought 2 cars and someone could defibately park three cars. The hosts were very accommodating and always responded to our inquiries quickly. We were traveling with six adults and 2 kids and felt like we all had space. We were able to enjoy the view from a great area to sit upstairs. The kids really enjoyed the Jacuzzi. There is also a nice garden on the property which added to our dinner. We also were able to grill one night —all of the items needed were provided. Finally, with the large group we had plenty places to sit or eat — it was very comfortable. I won’t hesitate to recommend staying here.

Ivana’s house was the perfect location for our family to stay while visiting the region for a family reunion. The house was lovely and we enjoyed gathering together in the outdoor spaces. It’s steps from the beautiful lake, and there are many fun activities in the region. Ivana was always responsive when we asked questions and she provided many helpful recommendations. We hope to stay again the next time we’re visiting the area!

I stayed at the apartment for a number of days and it was a great experience. It’s located close to the Bjelovar center and in a quiet but convenient location. The apartment was pristinely clean, well-designed and had everything one would need for either a short or longer stay. Tihomir was responsive and very helpful. I highly recommend!

The apartment is just what we needed for the two nights. It was tidy and easily accessible to central Bjelovar.

The apartment is great, we have nothing to complain about but praise! The location is ideal. You go down the stairs and are in the middle of the action. The shops such as Lidl or Konzum, fruit and vegetable market, everything within walking distance. Good internet connection. Great cozy and beautiful accommodation

A wonderfully clean and practical apartment close to the center of Koprivnica

Davor is a good, responsive host, who can work things out. We had a great and comfortable time in the apartment. We had everything we needed and felt at home. We had flexible entry time. When we arrived at the apartment in the fridge, we were greeted by two beers - which was a pleasant surprise because it was hot outside! We recommend it!

Very clean environment with a well-equipped kitchen. Everything is perfect if not a few problems entering the apartment for lack of clarity at the entrance of the stairs

The apartment is exactly as described, nice flexible hosts very straightforward and great value for money. I booked because of the comfortable beds, as I have back problems. The mattresses are really comfortable. Thank you.
