Vacation rentals with a patio in Koprivnica-Križevci County

Tatjana's apartment is on the 2nd floor and has no neighbors overhead. It is located in a brand new luxury house. The apartment is modern and well equipped, all household appliances are new and top notch. Every corner is clean, the freshly laundered and fragrant linens and towels were waiting for us. The apartment also includes a parking space under the balcony and bedroom window. A very quiet corner in a central location, all easily accessible. Overall, it can be said that this is an apartment at a lifted level. First we actually wanted to book the hotel, then we decided on this apartment. It clearly exceeded our expectations. Our wish is to be able to book this apartment again every time we go to Croatia (Bjelovar).

Emil was a great host, flexible, responsive, and accommodated a few times. The place was perfect and everything was negotiable. Warm recommendations!!! :)

The apartment is in a new building and therefore and brand new! Very nice furnishings with attention to the details! The apartment was extraordinarily clean when entering the apartment and smelled good! We felt very comfortable and would come back again. Check-in was super easy. The landlady came immediately and explained how to get in the apartment. All in all highly recommended!

Our stay here was great! We were kindly welcomed by Patricija who greeted us with home made apple pie and explained everything about apartment in detail. She was warm, friendly and easy going, she made sure we felt comfortable. The apartment was beautiful, clean and exactly like pictures showed. We had everything we needed and more. I would recommend this place and gladly come again! We even got free entry to Mini zoo in town. 10/10

If you are planning to travel to Varaždin or Zagreb make a shortcut to Krizevski. This little peaceful town is a perfect place to spend the night. The Ljiljana's flat was absolutely perfect as shown on the photos. Everything was so clean and the bed was better then I have at home😂. The room is oriented away from the street which is very important to me. If visiting this region again I will surely pick this one again.

Had a great weekend! Above all, we enjoyed the sauna and the pool. Communication was perfect. We will definitely recommend the place.

We considered ourselves very fortunate to find this place. We encounterd some issues traveling to Romania and had to change our plans suddenly. This place was very high end, nice furnishings, appliances and very clean. The owners did a great job with their renovations. The pictures accurately reflected the property. We brought 2 cars and someone could defibately park three cars. The hosts were very accommodating and always responded to our inquiries quickly. We were traveling with six adults and 2 kids and felt like we all had space. We were able to enjoy the view from a great area to sit upstairs. The kids really enjoyed the Jacuzzi. There is also a nice garden on the property which added to our dinner. We also were able to grill one night —all of the items needed were provided. Finally, with the large group we had plenty places to sit or eat — it was very comfortable. I won’t hesitate to recommend staying here.

Have a nice stay during the World Cup handball. Varazdin a great city to visit and also Zagreb nearby. I wouldn't book there for two weeks, there is too little to do for that.

Our stay was truly beautiful. The place had everything we needed – from comfort and functionality to a peaceful atmosphere that made us feel completely at home. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. It’s the kind of place you remember and want to return to.

The location of the accommodation is an absolute dream. The views with pool were stunning. We loved the outdoor area and enjoyed the barbecue. Our daughter loved that the cats sweetened their stay. They were there on time for breakfast;) Miroslav's representative was so warm and took great care of us, even with an evening power outage they were there for us immediately. A few minutes away is a lot of shopping. With little effort, you could also upgrade the house a little. For every sauna fan, this is certainly a highlight - however, we did not use it at these outside temperatures. But all the more the dream pool. The bathroom is a walk-through room as on the pictures. We would like the living room a little more cozy. We didn't have a table with chairs as in the photos, but a second sofa in it. We had a wonderful holiday and can recommend the accommodation
