Welcome to the quiet suburb of Seljahverfi, Reykjavík. Spacious, bright condo with 3 bedrooms and balconies. iMac for guests. The apartment is where I live, but when rented out I am not here (just to clarify). Conveniently located for excursions in/out of Reykjavík also easy access to the local pools, supermarkets within 2 minutes walking and outdoor area of Elliðaárdalur. Bus stop 1 minute away. The living space is generous, with a full dining table seating 6, couch, lounges, home theater.

Quick way into the city center (15 min drive), easy access to main roads and quiet neighborhood. There are super markets not too far away and a local swimming pool with hut tubs and sauna. Bus stop is only 1 min away. Close to excellent nature trails with lakes, rivers and open spaces.
