Prefer short term stays of 28 days or less, but open to discussing a longer stay. The carriage house is private so that you feel separate from the main house. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood on the side of Eagle Ridge Mountain. You will be six kilometers from downtown Grand Forks, a short drive with lots of shopping. You can easily access to the Trans Canada Trail around the corner from the carriage house where you can hike, bike, ATV, cross-country ski; an outdoor enthusiast's dream!

The condo is located a short five minute walk from Happy Valley Day Lodge - home to the skating rink, beginner ski hill, tube park, cross county trails, and free gondola to the village and slopes. The condo is ski-in, and a quick walk to ski-out! Whether you're hitting the slopes in the winter or exploring the bike trails in the summer, the location is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts year-round. The private hot tub is fantastic for unwinding after a long day!

The Boathouse

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. All-Season, water front cabin near Big White. The unit consists of two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed while the second bedroom has a bunk bed (double over double). There is also a pull out couch/queen bed in the living room. The unit can therefore accommodate at least 4 adult comfortably plus a few more kids. Finally, it has a full, modern kitchen, a dining room and a living room.

Generally peaceful and quiet, we are a working farm with cattle, sheep, pigs, horses, chickens, cats, working dogs and the occasional tractor. Pets permitted, only with prior approval.

Our sweet little cabin was built with much love. It’s clean, cozy and has everything you need for few days of refuge from life’s busy buzz. Close to the river, golf, ski hill, hiking, KVR bike trail and many more adventures. Has fridge, bbq, one burner propane plate and induction toaster oven. Bathroom and queen bed in loft. All bedding and linens are available. Kids welcome as there is futon couch that folds into bed. Fire pit for when fires are allowed.
