Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Kootenay Boundary

Really enjoyed our stay at the house! The short walk to the beach was wonderful and we enjoyed coming back to the house for a hottub after a day of swimming. The house had lots of space for everyone to spread out and do different activities. And we appreciated how clean the house was when we arrived.

Great spot and even better host. Wish I could’ve stayed longer.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, central to where we wanted to do touristy things like go to hot springs and see Nelson. Lovely walk to the lake and very comfortable kitchen, bathrooms and beds. Easy instructions for the use of appliances and care of the home.

This stay was our favourite of our two week long trip from BC to Manitoba. It is incredible in every way!

Connie & Lee were wonderful hosts. The space is very comfortable. Most importantly, it's a short walk to the largest, nicest beach at Christina Lake. It is also walking distance to the CL Visitors Center which has a really nice coffee shop for breakfast or lunch (called Pony Espresso). Also very close to the grocery store (called Huckleberry Market) and the gas station (Canco which is open until 11pm). Just important to note there is no dishwasher (which was no big deal) and no internet (I called Rogers and had them hook it up for the three weeks I was there). There is a new washer / dryer combo that was very handy. Overall the place is VERY good value !!

Marji was amazing with her communication - very prompt and pleasant. She went overboard for us in even allowing a late check out even though it was not ultimately needed. We stayed at Eric‘s place for two weeks and we liked it a lot! The kitchen had everything we needed and the location surrounded by nature was lovely. Eric was always helpful, friendly and responsive! :)

Amy's place was perfect for our needs, beautiful backyard and close to everything that Fruitvale has to offer. unfortunately we were there on work related reasons and did not have time to fully enjoy the barbecue or the very comfy bed but for the time we were there it was most enjoyable and we would stay there again

Davis was super friendly, and accommodating. His place has literally everything you would need. The kitchen was well stocked! The yard was awesome for the family! David had great instructions on how to find the cool local spots. Our family had a great time there!

This is a perfect getaway that the hosts clearly took care into outfitting. It has all the touches of Rossland, from the historical map decor to history books and trail maps. The furnishings were comfortable and the bed was large, comfy, and warm. The bathroom shower is huge with laundry right there (with a convenient, labelled laundry basket - the hosts really did think of everything!). There are modern amenities, including dimming lights and electric blinds, any any instructions were clearly labelled, and they even set up everything you'd need for either tea or coffee. The place is obviously very new, and it's clean and lovely. The hosts were responsive and friendly. This place is private, but the hosts are on site, so you know they're close and willing to help if anything came up. An extra special touch was having oil and basic cooking spices/needs in the cupboard. It is a little loud during the day from the salon, but perfectly quiet at night. Can't wait to stay again!

Well located close to the chairlifts, clean and functional apartment with a king bed in the upstairs loft and a murphy bed on the lower level. Handy and secure storage room in the hallway by the front door to the apartment, perfect for snowboards/skis and boots, etc. Karen was responsive and prompt in all communications, and provided helpful information on restaurants and activities around Red Mtn and Rossland. The apartment is located in a building called 'The Crescent at Red', and the undercover parking space was tight for our F150; smaller vehicles will have no issue however, and there is also plenty of parking in the lot outside the front door to the building. We would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment and would definitely stay here again.

This was our second stay at Sri' airbnb. Her and her husband were very friendly and easy to communicate with. The location is private and close to the beach. We were able to have a campfire which we also enjoyed. The home was well equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to cook our meals. We would highly recommend this place and would stay again.

Very nice custom log home with beautiful craftsmanship. The deck is lovely but sadly the trees completely obscure the view of the lake. We had no issues other than a few spiders mostly downstairs. Checking in and out was easy.

Spent two nights at Nissa's cabin with my partner and pup. Nissa was very helpful and promptly answered any questions wr had. The cabin was gorgeous and very comfortable. Had an amazing stay enjoying a fire, time at the river, and BBQing. Would definitely stay again and recommended the stay to anyone interested!

Cris and Taylor were amazing host, always there if we needed something but respected our privacy! Loved the energy and vibe of the place. I would definitely go back!

Had an amazing stay at this property! It’s incredibly private and offers a fabulous outdoor seating area along with a spacious yard perfect for dogs to run around. We loved every moment and will definitely be looking to book this stay again.

it was our third or fourth stay at Jerome's place. We absolutely love it. We stay during our ski trips to Mt.Baldy. Coming to a cozy place after a day on the slopes, sitting around the fire is such a treat. Jerome is a wonderful host. We always feel welcomed, he always makes sure we have everything we need. Love, love, love the place. We will definitely be back (thinking about a stay during the summer now).

This was a very cozy and secluded stay. It truly is a cabin in the woods and was fully stocked in order to enjoy some tranquility and the outdoors, away from city noise. The home was very clean, cozy, and uniquely designed. The host was also very easy to communicate with if I had any questions. Highly recommend!
